cups I'm sorry you are feeling so low. It is horrible when you think things will happen in a certain timeframe and something out of your control causes them to be delayed. speaking from bitter experience, my IVF should have been last August I know what you mean about not being able to face AF. I find that I feel like my life is on hold, like it's another month that has been wasted, and I just want to lock myself away for the first couple of days and cry. Even MrG just doesn't get it. I'm not sure there's anything we can really do other than allow ourselves to feel like that - it really is ok - but then it's on to the next month, doing all we can to prepare ourselves. At least you know that they can't turn you down indefinitely.

AF turned up here yesterday morning and I was going to try alternative tactics to keep her from sweetie's door - made up the spare room for her, plied her with wine and fine food, you name it. Ha! It's back to the broomcupboard with her for the next few days now

It's bloody hot at the moment kitty! Esp in BKK, it'll be nicer in samui - we're going there next month, can't wait! We live here temporarily for dh's job, back home at the end of July. I have to say I'm a bit fed up of the heat and a/c all the time. I seem to think the a/c smells weird crazy preggo and I'm not supposed to overheat too often which is a challenge. Swimming pool is my lifesaver at the mo.

Keep just one bit of vital advice for you, after the winter/spring we have had please don't arrive back here complaining you were too hot, you may get poked in the eye

MrS is aware but not sure if to believe it until OTD. I suppose he is just cautious and worried about getting his hopes up. Obviously he is pleased but a bit worried we have tested too early. We have been to ASDA to get the weekly shop to celebrate, I did buy myself some flowers. We also called at Superdrug to get some more pee sticks there may be a few required over the next few days but it was closed. We live the high life us you know But yes we will be taking it a day at a time for now, don't want to look too far ahead. Yesterday and today have felt very crampy in the womble area like AF is around the corner which is why I tested this morning, so will just wait and see. But am still smiling

I'm not surprised your feeling cramps with 2 of them getting comfy in there and don't worry about testing lots, I did every day sometimes twice for about 2 weeks before I believed it properly

No keep, no news on the appointment yet. Now that I'm in my third post-op cycle I'll give the consultant a ring just really annoyed that he doesn't have a secretary ANYWHERE but he only does two days a week at the clinic. The last time he dictated a letter it took nearly three weeks to get to me.

MrKeep for a while was just happy we could get that far, iykwim.

keep the clinic haven't mentioned blood tests. They have just given me 2 poas type tests. I have to do on Saturday and Monday then ring them. But I will run out of womble lining meds at weekend so need to speak to them about getting more especially now that it looks like i will be needing them. what are you still taking?

They may sort two blood tests after you tell them about your bfp then, to check rising levels. Though I think not all clinics do. Mine is private heavy on tests/scans.

I am still on the progesterone pessaries, which is all I've been on since ET. Are you on anything else? I will have my last day on Friday, at 9 weeks (woo hoo!). They tested my progesterone levels twice since bfp as well.
