Thanks everyone. Feeling rather overwhelmed today! DP took it all in his stride last night and is really happy about it. Phoned docs and they have booked in me for this afternoon. Probably too early but until they tell me its defo a BFP i'm not sure i'll believe it haha.

choc I'm gonna hold out and only test if I'm late. I hate the disappointment of seeing -ve result and wud rather find out the natural way. Just a few days to wait strums fingers impatiently. How bout u? Are u testing early?

Ah, I was expecting it. I'll probably faint with shock if I ever get a BFP!

Is 8/9 dpo to early to test? AF due Sunday.

Don't really know why I'm asking just can't seem to stop thinking about weeing on sticks!!

Probably is wardy. I tested on 10dpo with ic and got what looked like an evap line but within the time limit but no colour to it at all. On 11dpo I got my very faint bfp so I know its difficult but maybe try and give it a couple more days?

Ok slightly confused, hoping someone can help me. So this cycle I'm used Clearblue OPKs and I got my smiley face on the 17th and 18th of march. Dtd loads before and after smiley face. Haven't really dtd now since my fertile week (apologise in advance for tmi). I got home from work today and went for a wee, as you do, and noticed when I wiped some cm so I checked it out and it was stretch but not clear and there was hardly any of it, it was tiny, could this be ewcm and could I be ovulating now? I really hope not as I haven't been doing the deed. I haven't had ewcm before, is it clear or white? Does it dry white in your pants? Do you normally get lots? Sorry for all the gross questions.

Ewcm is clear and very stretchy.there would normally be quite a but of it. Doesn't sound like that from what you are saying. You still get cm after you have ovulated but not as much or stretchy! ( I think)

Google it, but I'm sure some of the other girls here will reassure you also!

Sounds bit wierd on ewcm, if u got your +opks already I doubt it's ov this late on, normally happens within 24hrs. Maybe just one of those things...? I get loadsa ewcm but all before ov.

Af due tomorrow/sat so think I'll test sun if hasn't arrived by then. Away for wknd so will have to remember to pack them.

AF due in 2 days - I'm too impatient, just POAS and got a VERY faint positive! Wish I hadn't now as now I'm just waiting for Saturday so I can test again!!!

Yippee featherbag!!! As many a lady has told me on here you can't get a false positive. Looks like you've got a bfp!!! What kinda test did you use? If IC I'd grab a FRER in morning and test again but I think it's a huge congrats to you!

You think? Daren't get my hopes up, not this quick! What's a FRER test? Using a 25mIU/ml one from the hospital.

A FRER is First Response early test - I hear they and the clear blue ones are best for early testing but if u used ones at hosp they should be pretty good. Good luck!

The ones we use at the hospital aren't really that sensitive, they're not designed for the TTC! Going to buy a FRER when I can bring myself to get me and DS ready and out, will report back later!

I am feeling really down today I have convinced myself I am not pg this month, I have no symptoms and had some stretchy cm yesterday (hardly any) but if that was fertile cm then I've totally missed the boat. I calculate myself to me 9/10 dpo I have zero symptoms, I got positive OPK on 17th and 18th but google says that doesn't mean I've ovulated. So confused and miserable.

2014 just seems so long away

Even more confused now. 2 x FRERs, 1xbfn, 1xbfp!!! Really wish I'd just waited til the weekend!
