Blondie im coping ok with it this month... Kind of... First week of my 2WW I was away visiting family and staying with my sister so that took my mind off it....

This week I'm off work mon,tues and wed so just pottering around at home... Trying not to go out because if I go out I'll spend money.. I have a huge craving to go shopping and buy lots of new clothes so trying to avoid that (especially cos there's no point in buying new clothes cos hopefully I'll be pregnant soon!)...although staying in the house doesn't help either cos it makes me want to POAS cos I have so many in the bathroom!!!!
DH is off work tomorrow so we might go somewhere for the day..

Thurs,Fri,sat and sun this week I'm doing nightshifts which I hate Hmm however that will take my mind off it too.. Sleeping all day and working at night... Blah.

So.. AF due probably Monday/Tuesday next week.. My master plan is to wake up from my last nightshift on Monday afternoon, have a lazy day.. Sleep again that night and POAS Tuesday morning...

Haha! That won't happen though. I'll probably test way before then!

Today I think I'm 7DPO and I have what feels like period pains Hmm
Very VERY vivid dreams for the last 2 nights as well.

Feeling a little crampy this morning, nauseous and extremely tired. AF due tomorrow and BFN yesterday. I'll test Thursday if AF doesn't show tomorrow :(

For the last two days I have had positive OPKs and then today negative. Does that mean I've already ov'd or that I'm about too?

Hey wardy I think it can be different for each person.

Me and DH dtd every day for the 5 days prior to my positive OPK including on the day of the positive as well.
The day after I did another OPK and it was negative and I was going away without DH for a few days anyway so didn't dtd again......although I still had EWCM and my bbt didn't rise until a day later.

So... I think I OV'd the day after my positive OPK. The test picked up the LH surge the day before and i got a negative on the day I OV'd.

If that makes sense!

Thanks gilly, have dtd everyday since Friday and got pos OPK Sunday and Monday so will continue to dtd every day for the next few days. I'm not temping and I haven't noticed any cm but I don't think I've ever really got ewcm anyway.

Wardy I think a positive opk means you are about to ovulate within the next few days. I got a positive opk at 11.30am thurs and I think I had ovulation pains at half ten that eve. But sometimes you might not ovulate for a couple of days so just keep dtd for a few more days and you should be covered.

Thanks quiet my AF is due 31st so if I ov in the next couple if days that will mean I have a short lp doesn't it? Still don't fully understand how it all works

Penny yes 1dpo is the day after ov and final day po is day before AF, so first day of AF is CD1 Smile

I need a stern talking to - am so tempted to POAS in the morning even though AF not due until Saturday. Keep telling myself that it's too early and that I'm setting myself up for disappointment. don't even have any symptoms apart from sore boobs probably from squeezing them too much to see if they're sore Grin

clare don't do it! I did it too early and have been doing it everyday since. It's addictive and I have no symptoms whatsoever. Try and hold out I until sat,it will save you a fortune :)

Possibly wardy but if you've ovulated later than normal then you may come on later than normal?
