Ding Ding! The February Bus is departing...C'mon Cupid, please deliver some BFPs

Hello all, I've been hanging around hoping to catch the February bus but it hasn't appeared....So I've decided to get this passion wagon on the road...Anyone else want to get on board?

I think snickering is one step up from knackering and totally agree with that!

Also very difficult to keep it fun and sexy if you're on a schedule!

bluefreckles we try to DTD quite a lot CD17-CD21 which is roughly when I ovulate. The 3 times I have got pregnant, I didn't use any OPKs we just DTD every second day or every day (depending on how exhausted we were). I've only used ovulation tests in the last couple of months and what happens is: I get a smiley face in the morning when I test and then ovulation pains either a few hours later or the next day -so I assume the pains indicate the ovulation itself but wouldn't swear by it..as Silver wrote, it's all a bit inconclusive. Frankly, I'm just using ovulation tests because I want reassurance that I'm ovulating and my luteal phase is what it should be after my MMC & ERPC- all looking good on that front but I'm still not pregnant so seriously trying not to panic Hmm

blue I think we were on same cycle yes. I've been have pains too but I think I'm too early for ov. We're just DTD from end of AF to start anyway so it's not like I'd miss it. I'm worrying about the lubricantion. I use conceive plus and my dp was a sperm doner and was told his count was very high. I'm hope that was the last 40-something-day cycle I have, cos I really thought it was a BFP Hmm

This month we're not "actively" trying, just having fun.

Can someone explain to me CM? I understand that it changes when you get close to ov but I don't get what changes. I look at mine and it just looks the same lol and I've been having it like 4 days after AF? Is that natural. Last month I got it almost the day before AF. I just don't get it Hmm

anyone ever had a pulled muscle feeling below their hips2
had this for a couple of days and its really not normal af pains. there probavbly in my head haha

setay I had the same earlier this month (among several other early symptoms that I had when pregnant before) and was convinced I was pregnant but AF got me and I'm pretty sure it was a chemical pregnancy. Not that it really matters! Anyway, I hope you are luckier than me!

setay I get that pulled muscle feeling below my left hip all the time - no idea what it is - I worried it might be something wrong with that ovary but was fine on scan - I generally put it down to stress! if anyone has any better ideas I'd be interested to hear....

yeah i had an ultrasound in the week for other odd pains iv been getting. all came back clear so trying to just ignore it and not get my hopes us that i have a shy bfp

maybe i just laughed too hard lol

I am getting excited now that so many of you are coming up to BFP date - come on ladies!

I have read the stuff about ov pains - I think there is some dispute over whether they are pains from the egg releasing or pains from the follicle growing. It is all so interesting - It surprises me that for so many years I had no idea what was going on in there! And yes, at school they convinced me that pregnancy would ensue from looking at a boy in the pants area. Any time of the month, bang, pregnant. What lies!

I had my blood tests this morning for all the nasty things that could be causing my shite ever expanding cycles. The nurse was horrified when I told her I had been charting and my temperature has never been above 36 - she said one day last week I was technically hypothermic! Nice!

cleo you are only bad if you say it to her face. And then only bad for a limited period. Bad wears off through other saintly acts, and also if you go out in the rain with no brolly.

Can someone please slap me and tell me to get a grip or make me a brew and be sympathetic. I am feeling very teary today, it is normal when I am coming up to af but not this early. I feel neurotic and i think i look like one too crying because I forgot to put a tea bag in my cup was probably a low point!

loves you need sympathy not a slap! I empathise completely, please don't be too harsh on yourself. Our collective hormones are playing havoc with our emotions at the mo as the 2ww is so stressful. Last cycle I spent 2 days on the sofa being teary and grumpy and didn't know why, then af got me 3 days early Sad. Just be kind to yourself and try and take it easy, we're all here to hold each others hands thru this. Bug hug Xx
