Implantation, raspberry?

ohhh sounds like implantation....what day are you on?

i have good news, i went to the docs today for my blood test results done after I thought i missed a period everything is within normal ranges and my doc was lovely, he said he saw no reason I should conceive easily but said he would be happy to refer me if i ever felt the need feel good to know in some way im normal lol

I'm on day 30. Don't know when or if I ov'ed as monitor didn't pick it up, although I think it may have been between days 17 - 20. Dtd everyday between weekend before Christmas to new years day - wanted to make sure i had every day covered for swimmers!!! Lol!!
Is implantation such a small amount of blood? My boobs are really tender as well and I'm desperately trying not to get my hopes up but .........
And then I think back to the crushing dissapointment everytime AF arrives and I'm trying not to set myself up for a fall.

Hi Guys, can anyone help me? I have a question, I went to the docs yesterday for my bloods results, he said everything was normal, including my progesterone levels...phew. He sees no reason why I shouldn't conceive fairly easily, he suggested using OPKs as I have slightly irregular periods normally somewhere better 26-29 days, which I started using last month. I usually have very light periods though, usually 2 - 4 days, with (sorry for TMI) very few clots, I think they seem light to me as I am used the heavy withdrawal bleeds you get when on the pill. Do any of you ladies know if light periods can be a negative sign?

Moc since coming off the pill I've had much lighter and shorter periods.

Can I join this thread as a newbie poster ? I'm 32 and this is the 1st month TTC #1. Not telling friends about this so I need somewhere to chat! Regular cycles at about 31 days, but cannot work out when ov is! Tried all the usual tricks including temping and the more intimate things! Never used an OPK, but would consider it if I don't get a BFP this month.... AF is due 30 Jan. Fingers crossed for all!

Opk are good, I think the easiest ones are clear blue where u get the smiley face (smiley face meaning ov and go dtd!!)

I use a clearblue fertility monitor, but only due to it being on offer when I brought it & dh was loving the tech!! Lol!!! I tried temping but I really couldn't get on with it - I needed something easier to use!! Peeing on a stick is much easier!!

AF still not here! I'm getting rather annoyed now! might test again on Wednesday - or do we think 2 -ve's is pretty clear? Saturday will be 10 days late?

MoC I have light AF's only last 3 days, and very little pain - they where slightly heavier when I was on the pill though.

Hi, my friend is about start ttc. I've told her to get some folic acid, but is there anything else she should be doing to help?

Hi all. block, have you got any symptoms? I'd say test again but you've had weirdly long cycles in the past haven't you so if a bfn will be awful then maybe not? test again test again!!

Advice for ttc, there's loads of it online- about being healthy etc. I ignored all of that but did start taking supplements + the folic of course. Oh and to prepare mentally for the madness!

Hi guys. I really need some help! I have no idea what is going on so I need suggestions please...
I'm on day 16 of my cycle. My cycle is usually about 27 days- always between 25 and 28. I've been using
opks but not got a positive yet - I'm not sure when I ov'd. Today I've started spotting- nearly two weeks early! Could this be implantation? Isn't it too early even for that?! Wtf is going on?!
To top it all off I've got a bladder infection today and man does it hurt! What is my body doing to me?

Hi Honni could it not be linked to the bladder infection? - apart from that I'm not sure as it does sound too early even for implantation. - go to gp about the infection and mention it while you're there?

Thunder No Symptoms, and yes I had a 46 day cycle, but that was after coming off the pill and I've been normal ever since? I think I'll test this weekend, and if its still -ve I'll go to the doctor, see if he can kick start AF or something?

Yeah block that sounds sensible, and at least if it is a bfn (fx not of course), you can answer the doc's first question when you go.

Sorry, hon, I don't know either I'm afraid. In all my time googling I have read a lot of women get ovulation spotting so could be that? Maybe you missed surge or something?

Another newbie to add to this thread. Have my fingers x'd for you all this month.
This is our first month ttc and due to start dtd on Sunday (cd8), we decided to follow the smep and use a cbfm so fingers x'd these two work! anyone else using the smep and cbfm?

honni I always spot around day 16 of a 30ish day cycle. sometimes the blood is v light, pink and lasts a day. But sometimes I get heavier red/ dark clots. Have been to docs and she was not worried. Said it was common. She gave me a refferal letter to make an X-ray appointment at the hospital , but been v lazy and not done it yet!

Tmi warning...

Turns out it wasn't menstrual blood but actually blood in my urine. Frickin scary as there were clots and everything... Just been to the doc who says it is an 'aggressive bladder infection' and not to panic and prescribed antibiotics...told him I was ttc so he made sure they were safe for early pregnancy just in case... I guess you never know! :)

Hey everyone - been away for a while as been busy at work! AF finally came on fully on Friday after 3 days of dark brown blood. It's all finished now so back on to Dtd for this month. Ov expected next week so Dtd last night and will be trying to do it every other night for next couple of weeks. Also brought concieve plus to see if hat helps!

hope your bladder infection is clearing up & you are feeling better.
The smep is Sperm meets Egg Plan....will post it at the bottom of this thread. Looks quite tiring but seems to be quite successful from my research! fingers crossed it works for us. I am also using the Clear Blue Fertility Monitor (cbfm)to see my highs, peaks and ovulation window. Plan to use Pre Seed during my peak days too...has anyone else used this?
Started taking Pregnacare conception about a week ago but it has been giving the most horrific headaches...anyone got any tips of how to avoid the headaches?

The Plan

Short Version:

"Try" every other night starting Day 8
Buy 10 ovulation predictor kit sticks
Begin ovulation testing on Day 10
When test is positive, "try" that night, plus two additional nights in a row
Skip one night, then do one last "try"
Take a home pregnancy test 15 days after your ovulation test was positive, if your period has not begun
If your ovulation test never goes positive, continue "trying" every other night until Day 35, then do a pregnancy test if your period has not begun.
