cups despite unreliability, I am in the camp of all info is good info iykwim. If you at least know your AMH, you can at least know where you stand - if it's good, that's great, if not then you know your options if that makes sense.
Wow cups about your job though. It really sounds like you have had enough, so giving yourself a deadline sounds like the best thing you can do. Brooking you get a lovely job in the meantime though.

solars I can't really advise as I don't know how painful it might be for you - if you feel up to it, maybe go ahead (but really gently!!!) but to be honest if you gave it a miss this month it probably wouldn't be the end of the world - you have had a pretty major deal this month, maybe you mgiht need a month off? I would say take it as you feel like, and don't push yourself beyond what you want.

Yes, it's Yule tomorrow, so trying to stay awake for the obligatory midnight sherry tonight. Not enough pressies to do the midnight thing, though he seems to have got me more than enough and I'm now feeling really guilty... still, I have spent enough and more so no need to feel bad I keep telling myself
