Thought I would start a September thread as I loved being on the August one so much. Just a pity August wasn't my month!

Anyhoo onwards and upwards. Hoping this will be a lucky month for me and everyone else hoping for BFPs

I'm on cd7 at the mo and just started using the clearblue opk to feed my poas addiction til ov :) I think I'll be ov around the 23rd and hoping for my BFP on 6 september as a fabulous birthday present.

Perpetual & Littlemiss glad I am not alone is this torture! CD37 now and still no sign of BFP or AF....bored now! Was thinking of trying some acupuncture! Scared to start the Oct thread after Littlemiss story! Dont need any more bad luck...!

poco - i def think weird dreams are a sign of early pg, have had them both times i've been pg even before test turned positive. fx for u!

Almond - I've never had acupuncture but a friend of mine did reflexology on me once a month or so for a couple of months before I got pg with DS so I do think there might be something in it. Might give it a go again myself!

Pink - Exactly the same as you, I'd like to be dtd eod all month but realistically with a toddler / job / housework / friends & family to see / zumba class to go to and a 6:45 wake up call every morning, i can't see that happening lol But maybe we'll manage eod from cd 12 - cd22 and try and keep all our bases covered!

Perpetual - Symptom spotting is a common curse for us all lol

Anyway, I think AF showed up last night for me. It's my first AF post-mc so it's not exactly like normal AF and it's hard to say for definite that it's definitely AF because I have had bleeding on and off all month since I had erpc done. But bleeding has been mostly gone for last week or so and it came back last night with a bit of cramping so I'm counting y'day as CD1 of my first 'proper' cycle and September will hopefully be the month I get pg (tho I prob won't get a BFP until October anyway with my stupid long cycles...) Anyway, I'm taking myself off the list for September but I'm going to hang around until someone starts an October thread, because I'll be starting the countdown to OV and epic shag fest in about 10 days and I need some company lol

Can I join please? Very new to all this and would love to be part of the discussions but have to admit I don't really know my own stats!

OH and I have 'casually' ok he's casual, I had NO idea how uncasual I would be TTC since July, so I assume this makes me cycle 3 now? No idea when BFP would be tho as had two 28 day cycles and one 32 day one.

Any help very welcome!

OMG just got the shock of my life. Am fed up with opk still saying im not ovulating, so i though what the hell i will do a pregnancy test. Then i got two lines and freaked out, in a good way. Only to then realise that it was a opk stick all along and it was put in the wrong box :(

I guess on the plus side im ovulating but in those 30 seconds of thinking i had a bfp i had planned out the nursery and everything.

But, Pocopearl, OPKs give positives for pregnancy as well as ovulation. Do you have a pregnancy test you can use?

o well i will keep delaying my BFP date until i have ovulated. This is clearly a bit of a WTF cycle. never mind. How is everyone else doing today? :)

I had one stupid hpt left and because I'm at home alone with DS today (sometimes it is very good to be in work and out of temptation's way!) and because AF that I assumed arrived last night seemed to disappear today I succumbed and poas. Very very very very faint second line. This is 3rd test I've taken and all others have been definitively BFNs so at least I know it can't be any residual hormones from last time round because other tests (same brand) didn't have even the hint of second line. (getting prematurely excited)

At the same time, I'm not an idiot - the 2nd line is super duper faint, i was bleeding a bit last night and i don't remember sore back being a symptom of being pg last 2 times. And my boobs are not at all sore. So it's just as likely to have been a faulty test or even a chemical pg.

But I have been in a progesterone stoned out daze this week for sure, feeling very very tired and I was running to the loo loads yesterday.

Unfortunately yes I do know that the progesterone on its own can cause all of that and OV releases progesterone which continues to rise if you conceive and implant etc or dwindles away if you don't. So progesterone on its own could be making me feel like this without necessarily meaning I'm pg.

God I am just on a mememememememe trip today. Sorry! Almost can't wait to go back to work and zumba tomorrow! Hows everyone else doing?

hi cant ijoin here was on aug thread im on cd 7 giving up on ovulation tests and im due my bfp hopefully on 24th september i have been ttc #2 for 11 months now and got fertility clinic on monday for more tests

Alas, BFN on First Response test tho AF still not here lol yep this is a def wtf cycle! Bit disappointed but also weirdly a bit kind of relieved in a way too - i get terrible HG when i'm pg and i was suffering badly in june/july and then recovering from mc, moving house and having massive financial stress in aug so in a way it might be nice to have a break from all that this month. Tho will - obv - have fx for a proper, genuine BFP in October. And in the meantime... (and goats cheese, hot baths and lots of coffee ha ha)

So, AF only lasted 2 days and was light at that. Trying not to be too worried, since I only came off Cerazette last June so had one AF, then two 25 day cycles but both of them involved very light 2-3 days of AF and that's it.

I'm definitely going to start using OPKs this month to see if I'm ovulating. I've bought some of the Boots own brand ones and will start using from about day 9 of my cycle since it's been so short of late.

pocopearl sorry about the emotional rollercoaster, but at least you know you're ovulation now so can get going.

BFN again this morning so it's definitely just a matter of time before af shows tomorrow.

I would start an October thread, but there's no point me being on it since dh won't be here when I'm due to ov, or November, or December, or ..... you get the picture. He's not left me, btw just working offshore. Shit that every trip he's away is when I'm due to ovulate. Fingers firmly crossed for really bad weather one month and he's stuck at home for an extra week! :)

I'm supposedy due AF today (if my first cycle after coming of pill is 28days [wishful thinking emoticion) or the 12th Sep depending on which of the 2 AF's I had this month was a real one. Don't know if I ovulated and didn't do a great deal of DTD so.... pg test on Friday was BFN but only did that as I wanted wine. What do you guys thinking about testing. Should I bother or just wait and see. My parents are coming over from spain in three weeks, would be awesome to have some news but doubtful :(

Hello everyone!! I was on August thread, my first cycle since mc in July. DH & I hoping to conceive #1. I too have a bday in Sept on the 19th! So maybe this will finally be our month. Testing on the 24th.

Poco, implantation occurs 6-12 days after OV.

In all my years of having AF i have never had a 35 day cycle. So i bought a cbdigital.I just did it and got a BFP 1-2. I am in shock slightly. Spreading BFP dust to everyone else on here.
