Well I woke up early this morning and couldn't get back to sleep so I got up and POASed. BFN . To add insult to injury, after my wee I wiped and AF had started, so I wasted a pee stick.

Oh well, onwards and upwards. There's always next month.

Thanks Quietninja I've had ivf so my cycle is manufactured with so much medication it's a def no for us . We may/may not try again given the emotional/financial strain - and the fact that we need an egg donor that makes it more complicated.

I hope there is a way for you to try again so you get another chance. Was this your first attempt at egg donor IVF? I am due to start the same in about a month

I am planning to POAS tomorrow I think. Like Quiet this is my first month off the pill. Presuming a 28 cycle (unlikely) then AF would have been due on Tuesday but I know its really common to not have a period for a couple of months.

I have loads of symptoms but not sure if these are in my head just pill withdrawal symptoms (I've started about 3 threads on it )

Fingers crossed for BFPs all round.

Pocket so sorry about your news. I know it's bloody expensive but would you consider one before try? My DH's cousin and his wife conceived twins on their 2nd IVF attempt. Please don't give up hope. Thinking of you

16dpo, no AF, no sign, no POAS! FF has me at 16 but I might only be 15 and therefore AF still 1 day away (so either late or about to be!). So scared to test in case it's neg, feel really nauseous this morning though and headachy but could be PMS.

Only have digis left in the house and don't want to waste them because they're bloody expensive!!!

I kind of wish AF would hurry up now so I at least sort of know where I am. Pill withdrawal symptoms driving me nuts!

Queen sorry about the BFN. It might be the pill and your body adjusting. It took a year for my periods to return (although I do have PCOS so am a special case). Hope you are not feeling too :( about it and hope that AF shows soon so you can get cracking with the next cycle!

I am feeling ok about it. Last time I came off in (I think) the November, had AF early January and conceived DD in early/mid February. So we'll see.

I just have so many symptoms which I don't remember the last time. I feel so sick this morning, which is annoying if its for no bloody reason!

It will be just my luck that AF will arrive while we're away on holiday with lots of bonking opportunity

Not sure when to test if I'm honest. Want to test now, but don't want to see the dreaded Not Pregnant words lit up. Although at least I would know for sure. At the minute I am wondering if maybe, after over a year of trying, have we finally got lucky.

I just don't know what to do for the best and I think it's the fear of seeing another BFN that is making me step away from the digi's!!

Still no AF is a good sign for you though? Maybe get a superdrug test, I've heard they are the most sensitive. Good luck!, x.

Hi queen I am in the same situation as u. First month off the pill, currently on day 30 did a few hpt last weekend and got bfn. So guess its just a waiting game to see when she rears her ugly head! X

Hi Nursery, it's the not knowing where you are until your first AF that does your head in eh?

I've just realised I've made an arse of counting my days do am on day 23 since the start of my withdrawal bleed, not day 30, so there is a (tiny glimmer) of renewed hope. Bit of a waste of a test though!

Hey everyone the tests I bought were from sme-fertility and were £1.75 for 10 of them. And they are super sensitive. Obviously I haven't had a chance to try them yet but if you wanna get some cheap for desperate and can't wait early testing then give them a go. Paid a quid to get them in a couple of days or free postage for second class. Fx for everyone still waiting.

Not quite sure how I feel about it. In same ways, I think, well at least I won't be having a baby at the same time DD turns 2 but it would be nice not to have to think about whizzing on a stick for a while

Clearly I want plenty of Christmas bonking cheer! No seriously;

DH has a view about being born towards the start of the academic year as they do better at school. So that leave baby popping to Sep - March I really don't want a summer baby as I'm totally crappy in hot weather. I'm sure I would moan continuously cope if that's want happend. Staying that it's not like we are having the best of summer weather at the moment either

Personally I couldn't give a toss about when a baby arrives as long as it arrives healthy and happy!

However it takes 2 to tango so...

Im testing in a week. Trying to work out wether theres symptoms or just in my head. Had a few tummy pains....and looooads of headaches. Feel a bit sicky too!!!! Not trying for one as we have a very lively toddler that point blank refuses to ever sleep....so a little bit scared!!!! Bit obviously would be lovely news.....once over the shock. Lol

We are the opposite, would prefer a summer baby after not being able to leave the house for about 3 weeks with DD. Like you though, we're happy for whatever, whenever as long as healthy and happy.
