Jaffa you can check your cervix position, if your not too squeamish, by inserting your finger (usually middle) into your.....ahem....hoo ha and feeling for the cervix (you'll know it when you find it). The opening will be either closed (feels like a little bump) or open (feels like a slit) and the position will either be high (almost umreachable), medium or low (almost right at the entrance). The texture should be firm, soft or medium (a mixture of both). During your fertile period the cervix should be Soft, High, Open and Wet (SHOW) and you should be seeing EWCM or it should at least be watery.

Do you temp? I find it easier to know exactly what's going on, because after a year of trying sex can get a little like a military procedure. Armed with preseed and the knowledge about my cycle, when I do ovulate, I can time sex accordingly! By reading all the signs I can know when I ovulate and know when AF is due without really having to worry!!

Hope that helps Grin

Morning All, so I POASd on one of the really pointless insensitive Asda cheapies and still BFN.

I feel really pregnant though, I can only remember my boobs being this sore when I was pregnant with DD, and I never felt this sick before.

However DD landed her full weight via elbow right on my lower abdomen (by accident) earlier on so that may well be the end of that anyway.

If these are just pill withdrawal symptoms, then my body is playing very cruel tricks on me, or I am having some phantom pregnancy thing!

QuietNinjaObsessing · 01/07/2012 13:38

Congrats nursey!
can we keep his thread going for those of us who got caught by evil auntie flo? Could do with advice to optimise next months chances.
So I bought some opks, when do I start using them? When af has finished and how oftn? Good luck to all those pissing on sticks daily waiting to test.

jaffacakehips · 01/07/2012 14:27

Afternoon all Smile Tour De France has taken over our house....men in Lyra for me, men on fast bikes for DH! Felt very sick this morning and had to go back to bed for an extra hour. Had some cramping this afternoon and a bit of discharge. Not a sniff of Auntie Flo, she should of arrived on Friday. Off to POAS again Went to Super-drug and brought an early reposes test and a cheapy one.

Mooley Blush really...errrr okay, maybe next month. {if she's brave}

Queen hope your tummy is okay?

Just to help me get babies off the brain...friends had a baby boy yesterday and 2 other friends have just had 12 week scans not jealous at all, not one little bit

How are you all this morning?

jaffacakehips · 02/07/2012 09:39

I'm good today thanks Queen despite a awful nights sleep. Thankfully DD is at nursery this morning so updating my CV snoozing on the sofa

"Smash" is Glee for adults. I watch it for Jack Davenport

Does anyone have a nice lovely BFP for us today?

OP posts:
QueenSconetta · 02/07/2012 09:47

I've just been reading the reviews of the tests I've ordered and they are mixed to say the least, so it looks like I will prob buy an FR and or Superdrug anyway, whether they arrive or not and no matter what they say!

Enjoy your snooze Jaffa, x.

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 02/07/2012 09:53

Morning all. Day 3 of Clomid here

I took the executive decision of working from home today Grin it's going well!

Jaffa enjoy your snooze CV writing. My DH is currently looking for a new job too, so feel your pain!! Snoozing is much better for you anyway!!

Queen I too have heard mixed reviews and I've been peeing on them for a while now!! In fact, someone on here this morning got a BFP on a Digi but the cheapies were still BFN!! Shock

jaffacakehips · 02/07/2012 10:38

Executive decisions are the best Grin

I haven't worked since getting pregnant with DD. And whist I love be a SAHM...I need to go back to work either full or part time. I need to do something other than dealing with / thinking about babies!

BFP on a digi really?

OP posts:
QueenSconetta · 02/07/2012 10:40
