ok, as the january thread reached 1800 posts exactly, well it did at last count, I think it's time we started the February thread. Now February has lots going for it, valentines, extra reasons for BD, it only has 28 days, the average length of a menstral cycle, .. so me thinks feb will be a very positive month for all of us!

Happy BD to all! (((hugs))) xxx

when you gona test?/
no choc for me am on a diet

lucy5 · 03/02/2006 09:01

i dont know when to test, I think i'd rather have a period than a negative test, if that makes sense. I'm going to Gibraltar on Monday, so i'll buy a test there as the instructions will be in English. Just so i'm 100% sure of what im doing.

trace2 · 03/02/2006 09:35

am back are you better doing one befor you go?

lucy5 · 03/02/2006 10:12

Sorry, I didnt make myself clear. I live in Spain and just visiting Gibraltar to do a bit of shopping in safeway. I was expecting to stock up on English goodies, marmite, crumpets etc Wasn't expecting to buy a pregnancy test. I might buy one in Spain though because im getting excited and cant contain myself.

trace2 · 03/02/2006 10:15

Good morning ladies

How are we all, and did we all have a good night last night?

NatalieJane · 03/02/2006 10:33

Anything I can help with Trace, or would you prefer someone who knows you a bit?

lucy5 · 03/02/2006 10:35

Do you general chit chat? what about introductions?

trace2 · 03/02/2006 10:42

thankd girls, ive stopped crying now, i am so silly, but carnt stop, this is not like me i really carnt understand

NatalieJane · 03/02/2006 10:43

I think mostly it is just general chit chat, but some of the girls have been TTC for quite a while and so they obviously form closer relationships to some people more so than others IYSWIM?

trace2 · 03/02/2006 10:44

PMT is just not me, thats why i was wondering if am going through change, and ive got really bad af pains too

NatalieJane · 03/02/2006 10:45

Oh Trace, I am really feeling for you at the moment, I really hope it happens for you soon.

My old Mum used to say that a good cry makes everything better, I hope this is true for you?

NatalieJane · 03/02/2006 10:47

I find that I wouldn't normally suffer with PMT, but when I am stressed about something it makes me suffer with PMT, maybe it is all the worrying and wondering about the baby that is making this PMT seem worse than usual, or it may be a bug you have picked up?

trace2 · 03/02/2006 10:47

oh crying again now dd just sent a text with love to me and its all my fault everyone went out in a bad mood

NatalieJane · 03/02/2006 10:50

Do you mind me asking if you have seen a doctor?

lucy5 · 03/02/2006 10:50

keep cying is my advice it will make you feel better. I also watch a really weepy movie when I feel like this, e.g It's a wonderful life. Have you tried vitamin b6 and magnesium? It worked wonders for me.

trace2 · 03/02/2006 10:52

for ttc? yes am waiting for next lot of bloods to be done, i feel like a wimp, i just dont know why i am like this its not happened for years

NatalieJane · 03/02/2006 10:53

Have you asked the doctor if there is a chance you are going through the change?

lucy5 · 03/02/2006 10:53

for pmt, it really helped my mood swings.

trace2 · 03/02/2006 10:58

i take angus catus, b6 also primrose oil, and yes i have asked gp, he dont know thats what tests are for.

NatalieJane · 03/02/2006 11:01

What will these bloods show you? When you ovulate? If you are still ovulating? (sorry for lots of questions)

trace2 · 03/02/2006 11:05

if am ovulating been doing sticks amd not shown i am ,but gp says there not reliable, so not bought any more. and they should tell me if i am starting in the change, but i had a scan not long ago, internal one, she said my overies are normal and there no thicking of the womb, which is when going through change

NatalieJane · 03/02/2006 11:08

Well in that case then could these signs on PMT actually be signs of pregnancy? have you done a PG test recently?
