ok, as the january thread reached 1800 posts exactly, well it did at last count, I think it's time we started the February thread. Now February has lots going for it, valentines, extra reasons for BD, it only has 28 days, the average length of a menstral cycle, .. so me thinks feb will be a very positive month for all of us!

Happy BD to all! (((hugs))) xxx

DH is working Saturday, and we are going ice skating Sunday. LOL will probably be in too much pain for any BD-ing next week!!!!

mumswish · 27/01/2006 15:24

I always fancied going iceskating cos i enjoy rollerblading and want to see how different it is but DP wont go because last time he went iceskating he fell and broke his ribs.

BIG WOOS

Hope you enjoy yourselves

NatalieJane · 27/01/2006 15:26

I have only been ice skating twice before, DH has never been and it will be DS's first time. I really get the feeling we will be spending more time on the floor than on our feet!!

mumswish · 27/01/2006 15:44

Yeh but i bet it'll be fun whether youre up or down! !lol

mumswish · 27/01/2006 15:48

ok ladies I'm off,

see you on monday, have a nice weekend

HUGS & KISSES

NatalieJane · 27/01/2006 15:50

I hope it will be fun, I have spent so much time thinking about getting pregnant again, I already feel a bit guilty about not concentrating so hard on our DS, so some nice quality time at the weekend all of us together should help.

peachygirl · 27/01/2006 17:28

Hi everyone welcome new people. we are all very frendly here. has everyone had a good day?
Mumswish I'll post the link to the website about the CM.

peachygirl · 27/01/2006 18:15

I'm a bit worried Trace it should have got to you by now. It had a first class stamp on it and wasn't particularly heavy, not to worry, if it hasn't come by monday I will pop another stick in the post for you.
I saw your other thread are you thinking of going private?

and thank you, dh thinks that if blood tests show not ovul, then we should give up

peachygirl · 27/01/2006 18:27

Thats probably a good idea trace, poor jack was he really worried? when I had my implant out (sorry if I say this too many times) I told the nurse to wrap it up well as I was going straight into work and I had the most enormous bandage, My class were really concerned and kept coming over and stroking it.

wannaBe1974 · 27/01/2006 18:28

Hi all, aw trace (((hugs))) hope the tests will come back ok. How do you feel about giving up if not ovulating? Is your DH saying that because he doesn't want to see you upset any more?

Have had good day today, first day of college course was fun, actually quite nice to get out and do something for me that didn't involve DS, I feel really guilty for saying that it makes me feel really selfish.

On day 10 now and have abdominal pains so dunnow what they're about, maybe ov who knows.

good idea about consultant.. bit of crossing there sorry
do you think you could cope with giving up? if you really wanted another child would you consider fostering or adoption- you are a very experienced parent

peachygirl · 27/01/2006 18:32

whats your course Wannabe? don't feel guilty about doing something for yourself you are not just a 'mum'
does your computer read out the posts for you? how does it cope with all the spelling mistakes?

wannaBe1974 · 27/01/2006 18:35

It's an introduction to counselling course peachy, For now it's just a 6 week introductory course but if it goes well I will progress on to the next levels and in 3 years time will hopefully become a qualified counsellor.

And yeah the computer reads the posts. I have a peace of software called jaws that is installed on the computer that is basically a speech synthesiser that reads what is on the screen. And it doesn't read spelling mistakes as it reads word for word, although if the words are horribly misspelled then it mispronounces them. I also have a similar bit of software on my mobile phone which enables me to send texts etc.

mm i dont want to but told dh i will if am not oval but its doing my head in so maybe we would be better of stopping trying now it cause arguments, and yes i think thats what up with dh.

i would addopt,or foster but dh said not, when i go to nursery the kids cry for me to stop, teachers say i am a natural, they grab me to play ,while jack goes to play with his friends,

wannaBe1974 so glad you enjoyed your day at collage

and thank you both, for your surport

trace2 · 27/01/2006 18:41

wannaBe1974 you could practice on us

wannaBe1974 · 27/01/2006 18:42

Trace you should get a babysitter, and then you and DH should go out for an evening, just the two of you, and get your minds off TTC and just spend some time together.

OP posts:
trace2 · 27/01/2006 18:45

yes i know, dd babysits some times, infact going out for dh 30th next sat, but again dh dont like leaving jack, he is such a good boy, today at hospital we was waiting 1.5 hours, and everyone said how well behaved he is

wannaBe1974 · 27/01/2006 18:45

It's so lovely when people comment on your kids' behavior isn't it? my DS is very good and everyone comments on it - it's a nice feeling

OP posts:
wannaBe1974 · 27/01/2006 18:47

Well I need to shoot for now and bath DS, might be on later but will have to see, if not have a good weekend all, and think of me at the mercy of the inlaws!

Happy BD for those who are BD tonight/tomorrow, keep smiling Trace, it will happen if it is meant to happen (((hugs)))

OP posts:
trace2 · 27/01/2006 18:49
