Morning everyone!

Sorry couldn't post yesterday as have to use computer in work since home computer broke down and got nasty virusus when we took it to Cyprus
Anyway, not preggers but in a way am glad due to excessive drinking sessions etc. over last few weeks (i know it doesn;t matter really, but when am ttc i do like to be all 'my body is a temple'etc), and am looking forward to lots of bd'ing over next month ( actually thats a bit of a fib, shagging is the last thing I want to be doing really, would rather be curled up watching pop idol / other crap tv with glass of wine, but hey ho, things we have to do!)

How is everyone today?

CountessDracula · 14/11/2003 09:21

Sorry mum2ela

CountessDracula · 14/11/2003 09:22

was obv what I mean to put sorry !

BigBird · 14/11/2003 09:28

quacks, podmog and everyone - good luck !

Still no AF for me and i'm now cd33. Have never been past cd29 before. Neg HPT (First Response) on Monday and this morning
Temps were down one day but up again (not triphasic though - just normal high). Don't know what's going on.....
No major pg symptoms but moods are up and down !

M2T · 14/11/2003 09:35

Mum2Ela -
Hoping for lots of announcements next month!!

MUM2ELA · 14/11/2003 09:36

Morning countessdracula and bigbird!

Bigbird - perhaps too early to test?

MUM2ELA · 14/11/2003 09:37

M2T - are you ttc right now (obviosly not Right Now!!) or are you going to wait til after xmas?

CountessDracula · 14/11/2003 09:37

Luck seems to have run out on this thread, shall we have no 7?

MUM2ELA · 14/11/2003 09:44

Yes!! No 7. Go on CD!

quackers · 14/11/2003 09:53

BB, hang in there, there;s a glimmer there!! Re temoping. Fertility friend says only some poeple get triphasic. In fact I've had imp dip and triphasic and now have had a huge drop, so I think unlucky now this month. AF will just be a little later as I was pg, I know it. Just failed at that hurdle. Bugger.

OP posts:
M2T · 14/11/2003 09:54

Mum2Ela - I have jeeee-ust finished Ov'ing we didn't try this month coz I had morning sickness over Christmas last time and was miserable.

So all systems go for the next cycle! AF should be here in 2 weeks time.

BigBird · 14/11/2003 09:56

aw Quacks .... im sorry.
aren't you the experienced one now with all the lingo on temping !!!

it's so hard not knowing either way.....nothing I can do I spose only wait......

BigBird · 14/11/2003 09:57

sorry mum2ela too

MUM2ELA · 14/11/2003 10:01

Quackers

niknik · 14/11/2003 10:32

Quaks I temped last month and was sure that I would have AF as I had a massive temp dip around Day 24, and then went back up again I then tested positive Day 30. I'm always tri-phasic positvie of not, so fingers still crossed

quackers · 14/11/2003 11:38

Thanks NikNik, I'm a bit too wrapped up in these temping signs and it doesn't help! I will hang on as no sign of AF other than temp rise. Having a big drink tonight!!!

'afternoon everyone!

Well, I will be leaving work soon to pick up my gorgeous DD from nursery for another weekend without mumsnet

..will have to catch up on Monday with you all.

Good luck with all the BD'ing at the weekend.

I have decided that this month will BD every other day, although it is going to take up a lot of my time (or perhaps not . .) and so may incorporate it into my daily routine, like whilst I am having a shower, or perhaps washing the dishes . . . only joking . . wouldn't do that . .we've got a dishwasher!!

Take care chicks.x

quackers · 15/11/2003 07:45

Morning all who log in at weekend! Just wanted to apologise for being so obsessive yesterday. I don't act like that all the time. I had apprasisal at work and was stressing a bit and this just added to it. Firgive me??????

OP posts:
Moomin · 15/11/2003 07:58

Bloody hell, quacks - don't be silly. I've had a similar experience to you (in the obsessive/"silly" stakes) this week. Been ttc since Jan with no luck so decided to be less obsessed the last few months and have felt better overall by not constantly checking, working out dates, etc. (altho I have been feeling my knockers to check for tenderness every day!!!!!!)
This week I, too, had an appraisal. It went very badly because my line manager changed the agenda and started assessing me on something he shouldn't have. Things haven't been great at work since he started and it all boiled up: I ended the interview, ended up crying in the loos and then couldn't stop, because the only way I could think to get out of work was to be pg and blamed myself for being so crap I can't even conceive!!!
I ended up going home midday because I couldn't stop crying and I bet I've confirmed everything my manager thinks about "hysterical" women.
How's that for obsessive and "silly"?!!!
Honestly, don't beat yourself up about it. Is there any way you can convince yourself to leave off the testing/assessing for a month or two?

Helsbels · 15/11/2003 16:03

Hi everyone - still here - had a bit of computer trouble so not been able to log on. Fisil = I dreamt that I did a positive test and I am pg so who knows? Fingers crossed xx Qackers, how are you? Don't lose hope just yet - and like they say - at least if you are not pg then any christmas vomit will be down to too much beer!! By the way, CD, I thought my bding was at the wrong time as well so don't be too confident!!!

fisil · 15/11/2003 19:08

Oooh Helsbels. Am now on day two after my shortest cycle, but have 8 days to go until longest cycle.

Quackers, I didn't notice anything, I'm sure you weren't being obsessive (or maybe we all are here!). Sounds like you had a bummy day at work.
