Anyone testing on the 30th Oct? Let's wait together.

Anyone fancy waiting together for the test on the 30th? for me AF is due in next day or so - have sore boobs etc etc... and a strong feeling (in the past was proven wrong). This is my second month of TTC.

Morning - the gammon made me laugh!
Well when I woke - no af but a bfn on a Predictor test (the control line was the faintest I have seen one too but nevermind).

So I also don't know what is happening - AF is late, boobs are very sore

So it's another day of checking my underwear every blinking 5 minutes. Oh well looks like I am out of the game this month

Apologies, today's posts didn't show on my iPhone! Good luck Leaky, had a BFN on Friday (AF due weds ) but had a BFP today with first response, very strong pink line! Been feeling nauseous all day today. How is everyone else feeling symptom wise? ) :)

rather belatedly joining the thread! congrats on those that have BFPs! My AF is due today although after an ERPC in september my cycle might not be back to its usual 28 day cycle (first post MC AF was on 2 Oct- ie 28 days ago but as it lasted 8 days rather than the usual 5 i'm not sure when i ovulated hence whether we DTD at the right time) did a test today which was BFN but no sign of AF. could there be hope for me yet?! hope so! if it's not here by weds i'll test again....

No af here either. Usually have headache all day the day before af & had one today but think that's down to my heavy cold. I'm expecting to wake up with heavy pains again & then we'll see. It'll be cd40 tomorrow though.

Trying hard not to think about it so much though. I'm wondering if I'm delaying my af somehow. But surely if I've ov'd then the egg has to be somewhere doesn't it. Wouldn't you normally bleed within 14 days?

Does anyone know what your CM should be like either way?
I think it was yesterday that mine was a bit like when I ov, long & stretchy. Have I heard somewhere that if you're getting AF it should dry up completely?

I had cold symptoms, stuffy nose and nausea all the time, which felt better once I had something to eat, them came back again! Thats a very strange feeling! Going to docs next week to get confirmation :)
Oh, and I have pregnancy brain, I have put milk in the cupboard and sugar in the fridge and have forgotten what I was talking about halfway through a conversation! Any other symptoms ladies?

I am so down..just took a Clear Blue Digital and it was a bfn. AF is now 2 days late (which never happens?) and boobs are still tender. Anyone with any advice? I mean a Clear Blue Digital is the best test there is isn't there so it must be right.
I am sad.

saxony I had the same result with clearblue, but had 2 BFP with First response. It does depend on the strength of the HCG hormone as each test is slightly more/less sensitive then others on picking this up. Hope this helps xxx

MrsCotter thank you so much. I would never have thought someone could get a bfp after a bfn on a Clear Blue. Maybe I will get dh to buy a First Response on his way home. How many days did you leave before testing with FR? How many days late were you when you tested?

saxony The CB digi's are known to not be very sensitive. As MrsCotter says, a First Response is more likely to pick up the HCG if you use FMU too!

Some on here have had BFN's for 7 days or more past AF due date.

My AF is never late, though was this month. 4 days, 2 BFN's and eventually it came :( I don't know if it is the 'stress' of all this TTC and watching things so closely. We shall see!

I meant to add, those who had BFN sometimes 7 days after AF due have then gone on to get BFP!

Thanks for replying...so there is a little hope then! I was standing in Superdrug earlier debating which to buy and thought CB was the better. But looks like they aren't the best. However it could be that my af is just unusually late

Well my news is that I was woken again this morning at 4am with very strong pains & hot sweats. Then a few hrs later I started spotting. Made a dr's appt & had to take 3 lively dc's with me & talk in code to the dr! She did a urine test that showed I'm not pregnant but have an infection which would explain the pains, also those in my lower back, & the hot sweats. She felt my stomach & thinks I may also have a cyst on my ovay so I'm waiting for an appt for a scan for that.

Feel fine about all that. It's just a relief to know something & to explain why I've felt so rubbish.

So I'll be leaving you all on this thread. I'm sorry to say goodbye but deep down I'm glad I'm not pg.Good luck saxony, you'll get your BFP, & I'll always be lurking here in the background watching out for it xxxx

Awh Leaky sorry to hear you are leaving us. But competely understand your reasons. Hope everything gets sorted with the possible cyst.

Saxony CB test was done day before FR, but I only did one the next day because the nausea was so bad, so i was going with my instinct, AF is due weds coming, and me being impatient, did anther FR out of curiosity today and got another BFP, but v strong line! Good luck with testing xx
