right well smoking will be stopped tomo to match diet, not really addicted just needed a release for a few days!! trying to convince dp to stop re. it affecting sperm (he'll say "well it didnt affect shit with dd!!")

am on cd 5 so not long for bding to start!!!

Right. I couldn't wait til AF was due on Fri so I tested this morning and got a BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm still shaking as I'm writing this. I used a clearblue and it was a strong positive!

DH and I were both really excited until he said, 'If it's that positive 4 days before you're due, does that mean there's two?'

I'll post back later. Not leaving here for at least a couple of weeks!

BTW, I had a strong positive at 3 weeks 3 days and there is only the one in there....

EDD Sept 20th!

Not ready to join an ante-natal thread yet though.
Just done a second test and it was just as positive even though not a morning sample. Drs appointment thurs.

Congratulations homemamma!!!

Can I add my little bit of news as well. I am shaking as i type this but i have just done a pg test (asda's one) and it is a BFP.

I am not due until next thursday but I saw a spare test in my drawer this morning so I thought bugger it let me test.

I am going to wait a couple of days and then test again and fingers crossed I get the same result.

Thats brilliant news homemama and micku. This thread will be empty by the end of the month! I haven't gone to any antenatal threads yet as it feels a bit presumtive somehow. Also am due in Sep but if it all goes ok will deffo be born before that so don't know where to go to chat! Hope the sickness is barely noticeable this time homemama.

Jane, maybe the 3 of us could gently creep onto the ante-natal thread! I'm not venturing til I've seen the doc on thurs.
Gosh, can't believe I'm talking about ante-natal threads when I only conceived 2wks ago! (but 4wks pg, I know )
Fingers crossed that this one will stick. Maybe I shouldn't have posted so early.

Don't seem to get much time to post lately so i hope its ok if i just nip on now & again. CD10 so bding time for me.

Puppy - I had a smear on Fri & haven't had any cramping. Do you think it could be because of implantation? (fingers crossed)

I hope everyone else is ok.

Don't want to rain on anyones parade but sadly I have miscarried. Will go to the drs tomorrow but phoned the consultant today and I have to wait a while to go and get the tests they wanted to do before. Have to have another bloody consultation too which adds another £160 to the £500 the tests will cost. I feel so annoyed that this has just all put my tests back 2 or 3 months so I could have probably have just waited to go on the NHS anyway. Have mostly been crying all pm and dh been worse than useless. I just don't know if its worth the heartache carrying on.

Many sympathies to Jane - don't know what it feels like, but hope you can keep going. My friend lost one at 6 weeks last summer and is now 20wks pg.

On the other hand - congrats to homemama and normsnockers - this thread is getting very lucky!

Hope all goes well for everyone - I am on CD 16 - one more day for bd but thing ov has been due to cm - suffering with heartburn and a sore boob today - far too early for any of that but hopefully end of jan will be lucky for me! This 2 ww is sooo long!!!
