The end of July is drawing near; SWI with DP hasn't been as frequent as hoped; and I've decided to err on the side of caution.

So. Here's a thread for anyone else hoping to make a beautiful May 2012 baby.

I am 27 and TTC #1. Been on pill for an age so unsure of cycles. Only been trying for a couple of weeks - the more I type the more I note my wild optimism!!

Anyone else who knows more about this business than I do? Please come and give me some hope that a May baby might be at all possible :)

hi mama5 -my cycles have been really irregular since they returned after having DS, so they vary from about 26-40 days. the last 2 were more like 40 days, but that's no guarantee that this one would be too. I felt very iffy the past 2 or 3 days, so thought I'd try a test, and shockingly it had a line! think by my calculations the due date is anywhere from 27th April to 5th of May, so god knows what's going on!! will be testing again tomorrow anyway, between retches :o and it was a sainsbos cheapy test :)

Morning ladies! I'm up way too early on a Saturday as we're taking a coach up t'North today. POAS first thing and I am pretty sure it's a BFN. Blue line in the little oval box and nothing in the circle. Don't know what brand it is and don't have the box, was given to me by a friend. But, no sign of AF either and I've always been pretty regular even off the pill. Should I test again in a few days?

Morning missuswife, does sound like BFN, but definitely test again in a few days if AF hasn't turned up, fingers crossed she stays away. Where you travelling to? I'm up early because DS1 has decided to get up early for some reason, grrr...

I think i ov'd tues/wed as i was very crampy and had lots of ewcm on those days,i would normally have tested with an ov stick however as we decide that last month was our last ttc i dont have any left!
I have been almost constantly crampy since tuesday,no other symptoms other than these cramps.I do normally get these on and around ovulation but then they disappear,anyone else had experience of this?

I am all fed up - I don't have any symptoms at all to spot! It doesn't seem fair as feel I can't join in with the mania properly. I'm going to tell you some random things and fully expect to be encouraged to see these as a good sign, even though I know they're not really:
Residual tummy bug from swallowing thermal spa water on holiday
Weird, anxious dreams despite being pretty relaxed at home
Sniffles and itching in a hay-fever stylee
Lack of enthusiasm for any more effing sex (coupled with lack of any noticeable CM for examination and obsessing)

So, pregnant or just irritable? I know which one I'm guessing, which is not helping with the irritability. My husband said yesterday I was giving him 'looks of hatred'

Would somebody mind adding me please? My laptop's dead so I only have phone access which makes it tricky to c&p the whole list. My details are a few posts above, thanks!

The witch seems to have gone I think, AGAIN, so pounced on DH this morning. There was no way I was wasting the sexification!

And afterwards, I um, tried to bicycle, but um... well, what it basically boils down to is... I'm too fat.
I tried getting my arms to prop up my back, like I used to when I was a lot younger, but I couldn't sustain it.
So DH had to wedge himself under my arse to try and prop it in the air while I did half-arsed bicycling. I assume I looked like an upside down tortoise trying to right itself. From my perspective, I looked like I was trying to waddle across the ceiling.
I gave in.
Then to add insult to injury (ow, me back!), when I went for a clear-out wee, it was like a watering can rose going off in all bloody directions- it's all well and good being bald and sexificated, but there's nothing to direct the urine in a sensible downward stream. Sigh.
Will have to squat over a bucket to collect my samples now, or put the POAS behind my ear.
Grump grump.

I have loads of 'symptoms' but I know from past experience my body does funny things when I want to fall pg. I feel sick; I've got sore boobs; I've got a full, pg feeling; I am in a bad mood; I have awful wind.

I better be pg after admitting that last one on here, otherwise I shall henceforth be known as 'stinky kinky'.

The sticks say i'm ovulating/ovulating soon/whatever a positive OPK means.

My husband is 150 miles away. Damn...he will be back home in 36 hours and I will pounce and hope thats OK!

Well ive had negative opk's since day 10 but have had ov symptoms so maybe did just ovulate and it didn't pick it up?

Well will keep going with the every other day SWI just in case... Dh must think it's his birthday

My cramping has been driving me mad all day.
Its too soon to be anything i'm sure,i can only be 4dpo maximum.
They are really strong though and feel like painful Af cramps,if its no better tomorrow i think i will see if i can get into the GP on monday.

well, i tested again this morning (sainsbos cheapy again) and there was a very obvious line. eek! currently at the 'oh fuck, what have we done? stage :o

boobs not sore ( but still bfing, so that's maybe why?) aching all over like with flu, feeling nauseous, and dizzy. yup, that all adds up... grr. should someone start a 'May-be baby?' thread on the antenatal board for us potentially up-diffed ones?

and sorry for any typos, DS stole my shift key and I am very confused, so keep having to correct myself and type v. slowly. blardy toddlers.
