Hi Bella! :o

Thanks ladies..started taking them again 2 days ago and haven't felt sick again (touchwood!) Maybe because I've made sure to take them straight after a big meal, so all good!

Ooh fingers crossed for you babybrain anymore symptoms?

impatient and lugsie good luck and hope your 2ww goes quickly! Any symptoms with you? I should be ovulating around now, maybe tomorrow..not using opks so just swi'ing lots!

Obem was good last night! I loved the indian couple..I cried when he cried! Blush I'm a nightmare watching it, DF secretly loves it too even though he tries to hide it!

RedRobin36 · 19/01/2012 12:08

Ooh dear bella! haha that should be a challenge..Good luck! Wink

Lugsie · 20/01/2012 11:49

Morning girls, just a quick one to let you all know that I'm out this month - af arrived this morning three days early Sad Having a bit of a down day wondering if it will ever happen. This next cycle will be cycle 10, I really never expected it to take so long and neither did DH. Starting to wonder whether a trip to the doctors might be in order? I'm sick of RL people asking us when we're going to have a baby (not many people know we're actually trying - takes the pressure off I find), I feel like shouting at them all DON'T YOU KNOW WE'RE BLOODY TRYING OUR BEST!! Anyway I'm sorry for the me me me post Blush I promise I'll be in a better mood next time!

Stats update - I've added you on bella Smile

RedRobin36 · 20/01/2012 18:39

Oh lugsie that's so shit! Sorry to hear that your feeling down in the dumps..we can all sympathise with you there. I also thought it would happen soo much quicker than this..but just think when it does happen it will feel like much more of an accomplishment! And it will happen! (I will not have this annoying positive frame of mind when af shows up so I might aswell write it down now! ;) )

I'm on cycle 12 now and haven't been to the docs..trying to just go with the flow as they do say it can take between 1-2 yrs for a healthy couple (damn those stats). Only 2 of our close friends know we are trying aswell, didn't want the added pressure either :)

Hope you feel better and more positive in the next few days, go and enjoy a nice glass of wine.. (I was going to say go and eat raw egg or sift through cat litter but that's not as fun) x

babybrain3 · 20/01/2012 18:52

Redrobin that is funny!!! Yeah lugsie Go and eat Stilton cheese and prawns, and drink wine Grin and focus on next month being your month...fx it's a long time for me too.. I'm with you on the sad times think AF is on her way for me too. Think I might steer clear of the cat shit though Grin hehe

ImpatientOne · 20/01/2012 20:16

Thanks for the stats update Lugsie Smile

Hi bella, I've got a Clear Blue Fertility Monitor - so I can drive myself mad with that instead of OPKs! I've only ever had 1 positive OPK and I really struggle with not drinking much and holding in wee in the middle of the day Blush so I hope the CBFM will work better for me. It's still in the cellophane wrapper though in the hope I can send it back to Amazon when I get a BFP!

No real 2WW symptoms here tbh, starting getting sore boobs today and if I want to be mega analytical I am more tired than usual but I think that's just cos I'm lazy and have been trying to get some decorating done in the house! Wink

babybrain3 · 21/01/2012 06:03

Well ive woken up mega early desperate for a wee so I thought why not poas? Bfn but also sore boobs and no sign of AF yet... Answers on a postcard please... Confused

ImpatientOne · 21/01/2012 11:36

babybrain I did that wee thing this morning, woke up and had to wee immediately when usually I can stay in bed for ages and distract myself from the urge - deffo couldn't do that this morning!

It must be psychological for me as it's too early for anything really but I hope it's a good sign for you Smile and it's just too early for BFN - which test did you use? I have 4 brands ready and waiting Blush

Lugsie · 21/01/2012 15:02

Thanks for the encouragement ladies, feeling a bit better today! I always feel like utter shite on the first day of af, and that coupled with the disappointment of af actually showing up left me in the worst mood ever, had a little cry too! Feel more like myself today though, and thank you all - it really helps knowing that I'm not the only person in the world to feel like this and I'm not going mental after all!! robin your post made me laugh!

Loving the early morning wee analysing babybrain & impatient - fx its a sign for both of you! babybrain I've just noticed that your af was due today, really hope she stays away!

Whats everyone's plans for the weekend? I'm off out with DH tonight for a nice meal and a bottle or three of wine - got to look at the positives - I can get a bit pissed and not feel guilty in the slightest! Grin

ImpatientOne · 21/01/2012 17:56

Have a great night Lugsie and plenty of wine! Smile

I've been decorating all weekend so far and more of the same tomorrow although slacking off a lot telling my DH it's 'just in case' I'm pg Wink am totally convinced I'm not this month but it doesn't stop me dreaming and using it as an excuse with DH

babybrain3 · 21/01/2012 19:55

Well AF still hasn't shown her face-no sign of her either, although I do still have slightly sore boobs, and felt a bit sick this afternoon... But I'm sure if I was pg I would have got a BFP this am, so must just be a late one this month.... I'm so impatient I hate waiting!!!! Grrrr

babybrain3 · 21/01/2012 19:57

Also, just to keep you all up to date-DP has suggested we go out for a meal next weekend...he never usually suggests it it's usually me-I wonder if there's something he wants to ask me???? GrinGrinGrinGrin

RedRobin36 · 21/01/2012 19:58

Glad to hear your feeling better lugsie! Haha I did laugh to myself as I wrote it (so sad!) But I'm glad your going for the 3 bottles of wine option!! Have a lovely evening! And on to the next month :o

Ooh babybrain and impatient, only the prospect of getting up early to wee would make us lot excited wouldn't it! Fx for you both, I like the excuse for doing less decorating! No sign of af yet baby? Hope not, what tests do you use? I've got 2 cheapy ones from wilkos that I've totally forgotten about .

I have needed to wee a bit more today and my boobs have been sore and nipples a bit sensistive ince I ovulated, well when I assume I ovulated! But that has seemed to happen since I've been on ac and epo so not seeing those as a symptom (I promise) plus its far too early!

I've been looking at wedding dresses today with my soon to be SIL..I want to start planning now..but we've still got 2yrs 5 months! That's too soon..isn't it?!

RedRobin36 · 21/01/2012 20:03

Babybrain I didn't see your post until I sent mine..ooh I wooonder!! How exciting, has he made any other hints?? Imagine if he did it infront of the whole restaurant! Keep us updated..its our 1 year engagement anniversary in 2 week..the years gone so fast!

eversomuch · 21/01/2012 20:12

Hello, could I join please?

Have been TTC DC#2 since October, but most of that time was just wishful thinking as I'm still breastfeeding DC#1 (she's 10 months old now) and only got my period back two weeks ago -- had never been so excited to get it. I'm now hoping it'll be regular enough to actually make some progress ttc. It usually arrives like clockwork, so I'm hoping that hasn't changed post-pg. I should be ovulating in a few days and really, really hope for a BFP soon. I'll be turning 40 this summer (omg, am I oldest one here at the moment?), so really want a 2012 baby if we can swing it.

It would be great if someone could add my stats to the list. I'm not sure what to put for cycle ... I guess since AF has just returned, I'll call this cycle 2 and just consider all the swi from Oct to Dec to have been practice? :)

eversomuch (39) TTC #2 cycle 2 AF due 08th Feb

Good luck, everyone!

RedRobin36 · 21/01/2012 21:21

Hi eversomuch! Ofcourse :o good luck for this month! Hope you have a short stay! (In the nicest way Wink)

Robin I got engaged in 2007 and married in 2009 so had just 2 years to plan!! I got my dress 1 year before tho - from eBay - but partly as I had 5+ stone to loose and needed the incentive Smile I would say to keep looking around but buy nothing as you may see something your prefer in the meantime!

Hello eversomuch and welcome!

babybrain3 · 22/01/2012 07:24

Ive woken up really early again desperate for a wee with sore boobs- I am trying to resist though.... I'm trying to not get too excited..GrinGrinGrin

I've been using the cheap strips but also have some cb ones for confirmation!! The strips are actually more sensitive than the cb ones which is a bit odd.....

RedRobin36 · 22/01/2012 10:38

What a good incentive impatient! Yeah I'm going to make sure I have a really good look around before I decide..and I'm veery picky so good job I've got 2yrs+!!

Babybrain that is exciting!! are you going to test? How many have you got? Surely 1 won't matter will it?....

(Oops!! I mean..maybe wait to see if af comes today and if it doesn't then test tomorrow morn..) Wink

babybrain3 · 22/01/2012 14:12

Ok ladies.... Did a cheapy test this morning and I think there was a faint line eeek!!!! Won't believe it though til I've done a clearblue tomorrow!!! Eeek GrinGrinGrin

RedRobin36 · 22/01/2012 15:03

Oh my god babybrain!!! Major fingers crossed for you!! :o :o What make was the cheapy one? Your going to have a restless night sleep!!

ImpatientOne · 22/01/2012 22:54

Grin yeah for babybrain!!

Looking forward for some good news tomorrow!

MammaInTheMaking · 22/01/2012 23:14

Just popping over from the Grads thread and super excited about the latest developments Baby. will be straight on here in the morning hoping to read some good news! Grin

Lugsie · 23/01/2012 00:04

babybrain how exciting!! I'll be checking back in the morning as soon as I'm able, keeping my fingers tightly crossed for you!!

robin I got married 2 1/2 years after I got engaged so similar to how long you've got left till your wedding, the planning is so much fun though and its never too early to try on some dresses - that was my favourite part Grin

babybrain3 · 23/01/2012 06:37

OMG it's real!!!! BFP BFP BFP BFP BFP BFP GrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrin

I'm trying not to run away with myself though as I lost the last little one at 7 weeks, hope this one has dug in nice and deep. Have worked out my due date would be around my Birthday too, so thanked DP for my birthday present this morning!!! Wink
