toddle happy to have a look at whatever you post! The digital's are not as sensitive as the cheapies, you know that I guess? Could take days longer to show on a digi, when is/was af due?

now hopefully that should work page 6 is the one with the pics. I poas this morn as you all now and it said not pregnant. Had a look inside and the strips showed the three lines but one was a bit fainter. which if im reading correctly should mean conception 2-3 weeks ago.

as was gutted and it got me thinking oh maybe i am etc and cant deal with it messing up my head untill af turns up so i went and bought another one and dipped it in water.... yes water and shockingly enough my bathroom tap is also not pregnant but that actually only had one line on the inside which matches the 'not pregnant' result. so why doesnt mine? any ideas? could i actually be?

Oh if only i was smarter id post a picture of them as its so fustrating but im honestly not lying. AF not due for a couple of days i dont think but cant see the up to date stats as there not on my page atm and my phone has died. i want to share your optimisim babybrain. Im sad to hear you think you af is coming. On the better side when you get that BFP next month it will be super easy to date :)

how confusing toddle and very frustrating. could you try another non-digital one now - might get a clearer result?? Do hope you get your BFP, but if not, then yes, we could have a look round and maybe be on 2 threads sometimes. I do feel as though I've been here for some time while many have been and gone!! spotting and cramps this evening so I think I'm out for the month.

toddle, yes, you totally could be! I see the three lines and see what you mean from the link, love the tap test too, very scientific if you still have a few days to go it's very possible the digi isn't quite sensitive enough, so you got the three lines but they are too faint to meet the 'threshold' on the test to trigger the 'pregnant'' and the '2-3' weeks. Do you have a poundland near you? Their tests are more sensitive than the digi's (but not as good as Internet strips) I would try with a more sensitive test if poss? Also though, (putting sensible head on) it could be that you left too much time before taking the test apart and the lines are evap? Either way, more POAS seems necessary! Good luck!

Toddle I see what you mean about the 3 lines. I've known quite a few people get a BFP on a cheap test and then gone and got an digital one and it's been negative. They are meant to be quite low on sensitivity(I hope that makes sense) I always use internet cheapies and then if it's positive on there I get a first response one. They're really good. I think you are pregnant.

toddle - congrats on the engagement! Its so exciting isn't it. I agree with others about getting a more sensitive cheapo test and trying that. fx for you.

I'm not really sure where I'm at at the mo... af was due yesterday and she arrived as normal, but it was quite light although I still had all the usual cramps etc. Today I've got up and no af? Still got some cramping though and feel quite sick. Have no idea why af has disappeared. Don't know if I'm being delusional thinking I could be pg as surely af wouldn't have turned up at all if I was? Plus I have all the af symptoms, just no blood at the mo (sorry for tmi). Going to wait and see if it returns then decide what to do! But I won't update my stats just yet till I'm sure!

Same thing has happened to me lugsie I had spotting yesterday, but nothing today... Don't feel pg at all though apart from having quite sore boobs... AF is obviously playing tricks on us...

Dp has just told me my boobs are massive, maybe I'm more pg than I thought.... May poas on the morning.

Hi all, haven't been around for a while so massive congrats to all the bfps and engagements i've missed and so sorry to hear about afs and mcs

I'm on cd32 today and utterly confused! Fertility friend said I ovulated on cd20 which sounds about right for a 'normal' cycle for me. However today it changed it to cd29 as I had a dip that day?!
For the past 5 days I've had majorly sore boobs and like you babybrain my dp says they are massive!! We did a test on friday which was negative but since then my temp has risen each day inc friday so I did another this morning... very faint positive on an internet cheapie!
Called dp at work and he says I should go buy some 'proper' tests and try again, this is our 5th month of trying and it seems like everyone around us is pregnant/just had their baby so we are terrified to get excited.
Anyone else had experience of these internet cheapies? Do you trust them?!

Yes peapop! Congratulations! A BFP is a BFP, a false positive is extremely rare! I did about 3 Internet cheapies per pee for a couple of days then did a digital for confirmation (!) when af was actually late. All my Internet strips said positive (very very faint though) so yes, I trust them!

Thanks Carlita I've just done a first response test and faint line but stronger than the cheapie and definitely there! Yey! BFP BFP!

Had to text dp a photo of it before he would believe me (poor thing is stuck at work til 6pm) I'm actually shaking I'm so excited! Woo hoo!!!

babybrain now that you mention it my boobs are also looking slightly bigger than normal... they were sore up to my af due date but aren't any more though. My af still hasn't come back - there was the tiniest amount of blood this morning when I wiped (tmi again sorry ) but nothing since then. I have no idea if this is just a very light af or something else but I daren't poas just yet after the disappointment of being a week late last month and thinking I could be pg, I'm trying to just think I'm not pg but the whole thing is just so frustrating!
