hi Peepee are you ok?

I have had a call from the GP today with HCG result. It is 25 and should b around 2. My consultant has asked that another one b done on Thursday to check again. GP has advised me that at this stage after a sept.2nd m/c it should b back to normal and therefore it was possible that i was pregnant. I refuse to beleive it! He also mentioned that there was no way of knowing for sure. I can honestly say that other than having heart burn for about 3 days at no stage did I feel p/g.
A/F is here now. Does anyone remember how heavy a normal period should be? I have forgotten. Mine have been all over the place and I have noticed some clots passing but definately no tissue
etc....

Diddle, if u are having a bath make sure room is well ventilated and water is not too hot. Consultant told me hot baths were no good in early pregnancy. Body temp. has to be kept normal. This will sound odd. But apparently if u keep shoulders out of the water your temp. should stay normal. Enjoy it anyway.

I can't look at the shock smiley anymore.
DH has told me to take note of it.

NO.... I don't beleive I was ever p/g.
I think my body has just been a little slow in sorting itself out this time.

Who knows how heavy a normal period is, everyone is different, so heavy for me could be light for you. It could be that you have some retained tissue, left over, totally possible and definitly should be checked out.

I can't remember what my normal periods were like. I have no pain with this one. That's good.

I had a mega session last night.......
I needed it. I did a whole bottle of chianti then a few ports when we got home. NAUGHTY... but NICE
I woke up at 1030 today. Grrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeaaaattt.

Try the sea bands, they are good for sickness.

Evening peepee!! No I don't watch the Bill. Used to when it was on for half an hour and WAS GOOD! not no more!! Don't watch Eastenders either - depressed enough as it is!!

Not sure how heavy a normal period is either, Peepee. I would say for me it is very heavy for a couple of days, then gradually gets less over about 3 days til it stops. But my AF has been a right pain in the arse this month! Stayed way past her welcome! Bled for 10 days this month

How you feeling now about what Doctor said? I think it was probably your body takin gits time getting sorted too.

How are you all? All good I hope.

I'm feeling very tired today, well, I have been all week, but I really felt it this morning. I could have carried on sleeping all day. I think its because my vitamin B12 levels are down again. I have Crohn's disease and it is commom for vitimin B12 levels to drop due to poor digestion. Must go to GP and et a blood test done to see. I've also just stopped bleeding after 10 days, so that might have made me a bit anaemic, too. Hope I can muster up enough energy for soft play today!!

Right, time for tea and toast I think! Need to get my energy levels up for lots of plying today!! I'll be back later after soft play! XX

How are you and lottie doing Diddle? I keep popping over to Pregnancy and Due in June threads to catch up. Have you got an early scan date from your doctor or are you going to wait and see?

morning strike - i'm doing ok thanks, yes my doctor is arranging a midwife appointment for sometime in the next 2 weeks, and i will have an early scan, i think lottie has one in just over a week too. all going ok thanks.

Dull here this morning. Got a huge day of cleaning planned as dp is taking ds2 to see his mum in Derby soon. All on my own!!!!
Peepee- What a bugger!! You know, on hindsight, he really should'nt have told you. My af's afterwards were heavier than ever but found out that's because my endo got worse. I know after pg, they're meant to ease slightly but mine normally got worse. Glad you had a good night .

I'm feeling a bit better today thanks Diddle. I've felt really rough over the last few days. Looks like af's visits are going to be as disruptive as they used to be when I was a teenager (I used to suffer with cramps, headaches and bad sleep) The good thing is I totally messed up my sysem at uni by going on and off the pill and swaping types, so at least I'm back to "normal" now. But PMT and allt he joy that goes with it I could do without! Who'd be a woman eh?!
