Well girls, have been keeping all this to myself for a couple of days but now need some advice!!!!

I bd'd on day 12, then felt ov the day after and had good egg white cm!!! Felt twinges and boobs and ov etc.... However no LH surge on Persona, although you all know I'm not supposed to be using it yet. Temps have been all over the place, not got used to it yet and was on antibiotics so they might be the cause of that.
Since 2 or 3 days after I thought I'd ov'd I've had tingly nipples, those glands are more prominant too(still a little there from m/c 6 weeks ago) but I got a little fluid coming out when I squeezed yesterday, nothing since though. I have felt loads of twinges every day for the last 4 or 5 days and yesterday felt them stronger and got a small dot of pink ( that was day 21)!!!! I feel just like I did with the last pg and was getting hopes up a little. Did a test and I'm neg!!!! I am only 7/8 DPO and it's day 22 of cycle, so most probsb a little early but last time I did a test the day after implantation and got a positive.

I'm all over the place and got a temp rise today too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M GOING MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I am then of course I'd be over the moon, but wouldn't have been 'trying' so it would be really nice!!!

Still here! Boobs still big, sore and twinges below. No signs of AF coming. Was hoping for my 21 day test result today and this would confirm my cycle days but won't be here till Thurs! Not being too sure though as temps all over place! That's why my progesterone test would be helpful right now!!!

Right, think I've had an almighty ovulationa and that's all, even enough to get a small bit of pink! My temp is high still after 2 days so it must have been ov kicking in again. I was convinced I'd felt it on day 14 but maybe my body was just trying to ovulate! Then tried agian a week later, God knows. Its the twinges high in my womb and sore boobs, god it must have been a major ov!!

Quacks why do you think its O now wouldn't your temp still remain high if you were pg. It may be that you were testing just a little to early

TBH i'm trying not to think of it - i'm on day 20 today and think i ov'd on or around day 14 but i'm probably wrong.

It's starting to get to me a bit - every month i go through the "Am I, aren't i" thing and then it turns out i'm not - I know everyone does it but i have been doing this every month since Xmas and it is now starting to get on my nerves.

I am now going to leave it down to fate and if it happends it happens - i will still come here to chat though and find out what everyone is doing and how they are getting on!

I know Jems it is so frustrating, we have been trying for 18 months now but each month I am so hopeful and then always dissapointed.

For the last 4 months I have O'd on exactly Day 15 and I know we have always BD'd at the right time.

DP is due to do a second sperm test next week so fingers crossed it will have improved as the last one was to be honest pretty dire.

Knowing how much DP wants children i don't think i could honestly see him going to the stage of actually getting tests done - Well done to your DP!

I know how disappointed I have been at the end of each month (we've been trying on and off since xmas) so I can empathise.. It doesn't help the fact that I felt so easily the first time (miscarriage) and the second time (dd) - both in the first month.. I am beginning to think perhaps I'm all dried up!!! missed the boat as it were! oh well...maybe this month......?

Well I'm not saying that he was overly keen, but when you have been trying for a year with know luck they suggest that you both get checked out.

I think now he has done one test he is also keen to see if there is an improvement. And really its not much of an investigation to go through compared to us ladies. I've had a dye test last month to check out my tubes and that was really invasive and uncomfortable.

Anyway fingers crossed this is your month and you and your DP wont have to worry about any of these tests. I think your doing the right thing in relaxing and letting it happen naturally. LOL

Am a bit new to this, thou did post couple weeks ago. Would really like to get pg soon. Have 2 boys but had m/c in June. For some mad reason, despo for a girl. I never really had to try for boys, but am for this one. Sorry to do this, but what are real signs of ovulation? I don't even really know ..........feel free to point me somewhere else. I think I'm about a week after the start of my period...so when should I be looking to you know.......do the do. 14 days???

Well last week I had my first ovulation since coming off the pill (didn't really intend to stop taking it but forgot 3 days in a row and decided to have a month's break).

Ovulation was a huge pain low down on the right hand side, front and back. It was so painful for an hour or so that I seriously thought I had an ectopic pregancy!

Anyway, did NOT take precautions the following night so who knows! Not sure if I'm trying to get pg or not really. Have DS age 17 months and should really aim to have No2 when he is 3 to save on child care, but as doc said, I am of a "certain age", fertility declining etc (I am 29 for god's sake).

Is 24 hrs after definite ovulation the right time?

Should know end of next week. Funny how I can remember to take folic acid every day but not the pill.....
