mumswish-your body is playing lots of tricks on you-are you sure you don't have an infection as stopping the pill doesn't usually cause gunge. Perhaps you should see you GP. ((xx))

DD is really poorly so have rung work and said I couldn't go in-they'll hate me for it as I was only going in as they were short-whoops!

Didnt think about infections. To be honest I do sometimes get some clotty stuff when I have my week off the pill. I wasnt worrying bout that I was worrying about the fact of not bleeding yet. I havent got any more gunk now so thats about right, I'm just waiting for the blood to start (TMI sorry)

Hmmm now I'm worried

HC - I'm good thanks, had a weird pain in my side today that concerned me a little, by my ribs, made me short of breath and feel sick, very strange. gone for now though, seems our bodies are playing us all up. I think my pain was my body begging me for more chocolate i wish!

Maddyd - hope you get good news this afternoon, lets hope the bleeding is just leftovers.

mumswish - i wouldn't think you will bleed straight away, do you normally start bleeding right on time when you have your breaks from the pill? i'd give it time, your hormones will be all over the place from the pill.

Coathanger - Hope all goes well with the HV, you know where i am if you need me i'm the one glued to my pc all day, naughty me.

Glad to hear the pains gone now. I get that sometimes (i just put it down to one of those things of a stitch) Its not nice.

I normally bleed by the Tuesday after I've finished the pill on a friday so I've got till tommorow. I'm just soooo impatient and want to get started straight away.

DP nearly put a stop to it last night saying how he wants "us" to go on holiday first before baby comes. How long can you still fly for when you're up the duff? Is it till your 6months gone? I've managed to explain to him that it wont happen straight away and even if it does we can go together cos I'm sure g-parents will want to look after baby. (I hope)

I'm sooooo bored at work again. Plus I've got a cold. so not feeling all together good today.

Going to be interviewed to get a house (rent) on Friday. I'm sooooo excited.

yes it is around 6 months you cannot fly from, some airlines take you later it depends what airlien and where you are going

He wants to go to Spain but I've explained that this baby means more to me than a holiday and I've waited a year with him so we could have more together time so now hes said we can go ahead he cant keep changing his mind (keep getting me happy and then dashing hopes) We can go to France next year (I can go there whenever) so stop winging and get used to the fact that we are having this baby! Sorry he just annoyed me sooo much last night. I came back all happy about having gone to the docs and them basically saying all is well go for it, then he says he doesnt want to "go for it" yet as he wants to go on a summer holiday to spain just the two of us before baby.

Summer holiday means June which means no bd for at least 4/5 months which is a definate no-no. He keeps saying he wants a kid but if he keeps doing stuff like this maybe he doesnt really.

Am I over-reacting? Is he being silly? O I dont know I'm soooo naggy with him tho.

I had a wierd dream last night. I dreamt that me and DB had sex and then tested and the digital test actually said BFP on it. How strange.

mumswish - i think you could go to spain even if you were 6 motnhs pregnant, think he's being a little unreasonable, maybe there is an underlying reason and he's worrying about money and settlign down etc.

See thats the bit I dont get.

He's 30 and keeps telling me he wants kids soon as he wants to be able to get p**d with them on their 18th. He keeps saying how hes looking forward to playing footie with them etc. Then when it all comes down to it he thinks up new excuses.

EG: I want us to decide when. (with the last one I had that mc'd) Then we actually decide when so I get the excuse of

Not got a house (living in a flat) we're moving to a house in the next couple of weeks. so then its:-

not enough money so I find him a job where he earns more doing less hours and can see kid more often. Now its holiday!!

enjoy your lunch mumswish - sounds like a typical man to me, they're born to worry, he'll come round. Just don't put too much pressure on yourselves and see what happens, there is nothing to say that you will be 6 months pregnant by next summer anyway, so book a holiday and get good insurance theres no point putting your life on hold for what ifs. just see what happens

I would complain. How inconsiderate. If I had got hold of u earlier I wld have told u to kick off at the hospital as the can do HCG as an emergency. They had my results back in 3hrs at Queen Charlottes. Have they taken two sets of blood a day apart? They should do otherwise they have nothing to compare it to.

I went to GP this morning and tested positive. I asked him again if this could b because of the m/c. He seems to think this is unlikly. I am not convinced. He tried to get me into the recurrent m/c clinic this morning but my consultant was not available. The clinic is only open on tuesdays so I have to wait a week.
I am not going to bother worrying about it as I must b max 4 weeks p/g. GP will give me the drugs I need.

i don't blame you mumswish, holidays cost a fortune, we spent over £1000 on our 4 days trip to Disneyland Paris, wish we'd saved it now. you get as many deals as you can!
