Anyone ready to give their Persona kit away?

Hi everyone,

Have been on the ttc thread for about 7 months now - a few people have suggested using Persona, however, it is quite expensive.

Thought i would start this thread to see if anyone has finished with their and wouls want it to go to a new home - I promise it will be put to good use.

Glad i've decided to keep this a secret - thought i might be being out of order by doing it this way but glad you agree with me.

Yeah it does - Think DP will be glad when i pounce on him as soon as a/f disappears until it arrives again - if it does.................................oh i hope it doesn't.

splash - just to let you know todays line was slightly paler than the test line but darker than yesterday. So looks like it does 'build up'. I assume tomorrows line will be 'the one' for me. In that case yours is probably diminishing (after ov). HTH

Quackers - i'm fine. I figure i'm doing all I can do for now so just sit back and wait. Or should I say "get busy bd'ing!"

BigBird, I had an 'o' today on my Persona (meaning ovulation imminent - doesn't always happen in first month apparently). It does look as if your cycle and mine are similar!

hi again to all,did another test today and i have a faint line on opk dy14, im not sure if i have or i haven't ovd. bit confused. i hve 2 left now so imay aswell finish them. last mnth i think i ov around dy 15-16.
luchar is sending me her persona,so maybe have abetter idea next month. i need to hide it though, do you think this is poss?
bb & hd we will all be worrying in 14 dys won't we. lets get some big bd in!!

Thanks for thinking of me. Yes I got SO excited when I saw that 0 symbol, esp as you had m/c too HD and wanted to know it is all still tickety boo, down there! It is good news about the scans. I will know one way or another next week. Don't feel very pg, and it is worrying me. Splash, I don't have a community m/w here. I see the Doc and book in at the hossie at 12 weeks with the hossie m/w. Shame but my Doc is great so I'm not too worried. My EDD is about 27th March if all is well. You should be able to hide it Splash, just make sure he doesn't hear you openeing the stick pack, maybe open it the night before or go to another toilet!

Oh No, my plan has gone wrong.
D/P found note from postman who tried to deliver OPK yesterday - he is now on his way to post office to collect the parcel.
I was trying to keep it a secret from him......not for any sordid reason, just wanted it to be a surprise and was trying not to get his hopes up but now he is going to find out!
I know it's nothing major but was probably more excited about keeping it a scret from him than anything else.

I've already asked this on the ttc thread, but does anyone else have a persona kit they want to sell?

Both of my ds used my persona as a boat tonight in the bath. It looks like it has died a death. I am so annoyed as I normally put it on the back of the toilet out of harms way but didn't today. I would also love to buy another if anybody has one to send!

Yes Boe thanks - Postie tried to deliver it the other day about 6 in the morning - i swear there is something wrong with him.
I ordered an OPK off the internet too and he tried to deliver that at a ridiculous hour. Weirdo.

Anyway, haven't had the chance to use it as yet as was on a/f when it arrived - i'm on day 11 today so maybe i wont need it........that's if i my ovulating isn't all over the place like periods are.
Nothing's ever simple with me.

Eyelash, you can't fault your boys for ingenuity! Annoying for you, I know, but the image of two small boys playing boats with a Persona made me laugh

I too have posted this before but have missed 'the boat' (sorry eyelash no pun intended) on the generous Persona giveaways. I don't mind paying towards one I just can't afford a new one.

Please keep me in mind if you have or know someone who has one available.

I am trying every option for ttc successfully after 13 months of ttc.
I will buy one, but thought I'd try here 1st since they seem to come highly recommended

Mine seems to be working again after I dried it out in the sun and put in a set of new batteries - so relieved as it's all systems go from this month (see ttc thread).

I just noticed this old thread and have a persona to donate to a good home - it has no instructions though - not sure if you can get them from Persona?

If anyone is interested, pls get in touch - would love to think I had contributed in some small way to helping someone get pregnant after struggling to get there myself - feel so privileged to be a Mum.
