i actully wobbled a few times about buying it because none of us are games console nerds but it is brilliant!!

my sister and i (who i have a bit of a tough relationship with at times) had a great laugh last night mole stomping on the family trainer and dh and my brother are having a male bonding session playing golf together.

we even had a bowling tournement this morning and i won £4

shame the dc cant get near it though

I got my wii fit from amazon about 2 weeks ago for £68 and no postage. I had waited and waited for the wii alert thing. Wasn't prepared to pay any more than £70 but obviously was at the right place at the right time.
It's worth waiting for.

Does anyone know if the Clone Wars game is any good?

I wanted to get it for dts Christmas but am waiting until it comes down in price on the preowned.

I refused to get a games console, but now I want a Wii and a Wii FIt...I had a go at BIls and I love it!!!!! DH says its too much... might sneak in one time and buy it when he is not looking

We bought ours today and dh is addicted to the tank game on play. We started from the beginning, with the shooting game etc, and tanks was the last one. I gave up after our one game, so left the rest to him, and he is still on it an hour later.

Our two dds (3 and 6) cant get the hang of most of the games, only bowling really. Are there any games for younger children, where the handset doesnt have to be as sensitive?

I have just got back from our five day grand Christmas family tour and while I was away I got a Wii Fit from my Dad for Christmas! Goodness knows how he got hold of it. I am off to hoover the front room and get stuck in .

TwoIfBySea - I bought DS the clone wars game, he likes it but completed the easy level to the end in about an hour so i'd try and buy it pre-owned.

He also had the family trainer game but not tried it yet, I fancy beating him at the mole game

cornetio - I think it's just practicce - on Chirstmas day my just turned 5yr old complained it was "too hard" - now he's winning races in the Mario Karts

mogs0 · 03/01/2009 15:47

My family and I got one for ds. We spent Christmas at my Mum's and he played it there for a couple of hours. He played it again last weekend at my sister's and hasn't mentioned it since . He had said that we'd need a bigger tv and he offered to pay half so I'm hoping he's waiting for the new tv to arrive before he gets excited!!

Can anyone explain to me something - we are about to get a wii sport (free with a mobile) so can we buy an add on to turn it into a wii fit or are they totally different?

and if so how much is the add on? thanks!!

LIZS · 07/01/2009 18:48

Different . With the Wiifit you get a separate disk of games.

noonki · 07/01/2009 18:58

thanks Lizs but is it really expensive to get a wii fit then?

LIZS · 08/01/2009 08:47

rrp is about £70 but they are currently quite difficult to get so often either bundled with extra games or more expensive.

noonki · 09/01/2009 17:36

thanks!
