Thought it would be handy to start a thread!!!

You should all get an ID number for parcels, so please quote it in your thanks (you can name change ) to make life easier for people checking their parcels have been received!

for Christmas Spirit!

aaah, you didn't need to look CE but thank you
(as if you don't have enough to do!)

presentsunderthetree · 17/12/2008 19:24

KerryMum - I didn't use your name in my earlier post because I wasn't sure you'd want it used

Thank you again, come christmas day you will have created two very very excited little boys and one very very happy mummy who'll get to spend her christmas eve relaxing with one of her favourite authors .

Even better for me, come start of term you'll have created an incredibly happy mummy who'll never have to carry a pushbike and push a pushchair back from the schoolbus stop ever again

Thankyou901 · 17/12/2008 19:32

Thank you so much 901.

Been feeling unwell for a couple of days, and the parcel arrived. It made our day.

Thank you so much, merry Christmas

ref 1911 or 1161 (hard to tell)

I'd love to know who you are!

Thankyou for your beautifully wrapped gifts. I have put them safe inside DD1 and DD2s stockings, ready for Christmas Day. Truly overwhelming as I wasn't expecting anything else after the surprise arrival of an envelope on Monday.

Thankyou so much.

Have a fantastic Christmas.

Much Love and Blessings x x

(StG,(ChiefElf) can you help out with the ref number, as it looks like a number which ever way I turn the envelope!!)

cherryontopofthexmastree · 18/12/2008 00:57

Hope you have a lovely Christmas, a Happy New Year and all the best for 2009, I wish I could've sent you more x

You're more than welcome. I'm sure that I got far more joy out of the shopping lol.

Sorry for my terrible wrapping. I hope when you all open your gifts on Christmas Morning (no cheating now) you smile. I'll be smiling thinking of you all as we open ours.

PMSL @DHL Man.

wontbepreggersagain · 18/12/2008 10:09

goldFAQinsenceandmyrrh · 18/12/2008 10:27

ok this isn't strictly a Mumsnet Santa thankyou - but it is a MASSIVE thankyou to Peachy - who very kindly posted on a thread the other day to say that she would send me a few "small" hotwheels toys that her DS3 had been given but couldn't use (as I'd posted I was going to buy something "hot wheels" for my DS1).

They've just arrived and OMG my DS1 is going to be absolutely ECSTATIC when he opens them on Christmas day. When she said "small" I was thinking along the lines of the little tiny Hot Wheels cars you can buy, but no they're decent sized ones including "Grave Digger" monster truck.

And do you know what - my DS1 (and 2 actually) both LOVE watching Monster Trucks on TV...........and one of DS1's favourite Monster Trucks is Grave Digger

THANK YOU SO MUCH PEACHY - have to confess you're made me cry

theSuburbanDryad · 18/12/2008 10:29

Hi - I'm posting on behalf of mehdismummy who'd like to thank her donor (ref 1308) for her ds' lovely present. She was really pleased when I spoke to her this morning. It's cheered her up a lot as she's had such a rollercoaster ride this year.

I heart MN!

goldFAQinsenceandmyrrh · 18/12/2008 11:01

and OMG - after I'd calmed down a little I went and had a closer look at the Monster Truck - and it's a remote controlled one - I'm going to have one extremely happy DS1 on Christmas day

NorkyButNice · 18/12/2008 11:03

Fio - glad you like the presents (609) - sorry I didn't get chance to wrap them or put any paper in with them but was in a rush to get them in the post!

I hope your DC like them!

Dannat · 18/12/2008 11:10

Ref 601

Thank you so much for the wonderful parcel that arrived today. I am deeply touched at your thoughtfulness, not only for my DC, but also for me. DD is in love with the FC toys and to get one for them each is lovely, because it is their first Christmas together as brother and sister and now they have something the same to remember it by.

I really can't thank you enough. If you are ever in the area (which judging by the stamp on the box you might not be lol) you will always be welcome at mine for a cup of tea (or glass of wine ).

All of us here, wish you and your family a very happy Christmas .
