I want a greenhouse or failing that some diamond earrings (with diamonds you can actually see!!)

Won't get either, will get a load of old tat from dh who thinks I will like bath salts AGAIN or 'gift' packs

Best ever present he bought me was a coloured glass chandelier I had hinted madly at one year...thought I was onto a winner as it was in the early days of our relationship...but no, since then it's been gift boxes of smellies ever since :O

Oh, I know - from the same shop as OP's wormery (since I won't be getting a car): I want one of those mushroom growing kits with a big bag of pre-spawned compost.

ComeOVeneer · 25/11/2008 18:29

Hippo I have fallen in love with that one too. I am lucky though as I know dh has bought me one (but not sure which colour - maybe I can exchange it).

MrsRobinsonComplex · 25/11/2008 18:31

A gym membership
An itunes voucher for many hundreds of pounds.
Tickets to see Hairspray - Really want that one.

purpleduck · 25/11/2008 19:10

I wish for Kathy to get her car

(smarmy)

rempy · 25/11/2008 20:51

Oooooh, I want a mushroom box too!

Definitely unsuitable christmas present material, a box of dirt! (I can't buy you that! Its not even proper gardening!!)

I want a pay rise so I can afford to live comfortably

I want a greenhouse so I can grow some veggies successfully

DippyDino · 25/11/2008 21:17

Smellies and gift sets!
And wrinkle cream!

LunarSea · 25/11/2008 21:41

A cleaner. And a gardener. Or failing that just a reduction in my workload without a reduction in pay so I actually have time to do things myself.

And a Tardis toybox - so that all the boys things can be packed away into a small space and not take over the whole house.

GivePeasAChance · 25/11/2008 21:47

I want this strange scarf.

strange scarf

PhantomOfTheChocolateCakeAvena · 25/11/2008 21:48

I WANT A HAMPER (HINT HINT JUSTINEMUMSNET)

HAMPER

Libra1975 · 25/11/2008 21:58

rempy I bought my mother an actual womery for Christmas a few years ago and she loves it. I firmly believe in getting people what they want.

My DH stalks me sometimes on mumsnet (waves) so this is quite passive-aggressive (is that the right term?) anyway I would like a lovely dinner out organised by him, but not just the dinner I would love him to organise the babysitting etc as well so I have time by myself to get ready.

However I also love very expensive conditioner:
www.activebeauty.co.uk/viewProduct.php?id=8806&pageNo=1&productSex=*&brand=Kerastase+Paris&category= Treatments&orderBy=our_price&directionBy=ASC
which is under the £20 limit we have set each other

Libra1975 · 25/11/2008 22:00

oh shit I mis-read the thread title.
Mumsnet sin.
*hangs head.
sorry.

glitterball · 25/11/2008 22:04

a grammar school place for DS1

for DS2 to be able to play the violin without it sounding like a cat thats been trodden on

a man...well actually a specific one rather than one totally at random

a tiffany necklace

methinks i may be asking too much

DoNotAsfinishedXmasshopping · 25/11/2008 22:05

This may sound odd.

But I want DP (and you will see why I specifiy DP in a a second to by me some nice underwear.

It is not the physical underwear I want o be fair. It is the symbolism. The fact that I matter. The fact that I am attractive. The fact that he notices me...
