When you putting your tree up?

Left up to me, i'd put it up xmas eve and take it down end of boxing day - hoever DH and DS would not agree.

Usually put it up 2 weeks before on a weekend and it comes down before new year.

I love xmas but always think the tree and cards etc make the room look untidy and cluttered

I love putting it up but hate taking it down, and when it comes down the room looks so bare.

Probably 2 weeks before christmas and comes down NYE I can't see in New Year with a tree form the previous year.

Seems wierd to me,

Dh likes the tree up as early as possible. I would put it up the day before xmas eve. though I have nothing nothing against trees its always left for me to put up and get away and it irritates me. It gets in the way of the hoover too. We compromise and put it up the night before dd1's birthday on 9th dec.
