What are you asking santa for this year?

My partner is asking me for ideas as we have a budget for each other.

All I've come up with so far is

  • book: the dark lords guide to honeymooning *dvd of frankenstein (guillermo del toro one)

Decent amount left over budget wise for more ideas but if I leave him to his own devices dh picks terrible gifts lol 😆 (i'm talking onesie 3 sizes too small etc)

It got me wondering what everyone is asking for for Xmas this year either from family, partners or to treat yourselves?

Earrings

Portable iron (for sewing, they're really diddy)

Pyjamas (fancy ones as I've lost weight and would like something not from Primark for a change).

Love list:
Lego London Bridge
Dvd boxed set of Ealing films
A week in London
An extra 10 years added to my dog's life
A flying car

I was thinking about this the other day - I'm great at thinking what to buy other people, but hopeless at asking for things 🤣

Worryingly, I've been thinking about asking for "some really nice bedding" but that makes me feel like my mum 😬🤣

Other ideas for myself - Lego (but my son will definitely want in on that!) a date night with husband and the usual pjs/books/chocolate?

Last year my mum gave me a set of Molton Brown mini shower gels. The fragrances were like nothing I had ever encountered before, filling the whole bathroom with luxurious heady scents and you only needed to use a tiny amount for a bath full of bubbles, so I would really like these again, or maybe a couple of larger bottles of my favourites from the collection.

Some books out of my enormous World of Books basket, the new Proclaimers album on cassette, bamboo or wool socks, maybe some nice hand cream.

Surely everyone has different budgets? As long as you're grateful for what you have then the cost isn't important.

It was a joke 🤷🏼‍♀️.

I LOVE a bit of Molton Brown. Me and my mum basically do a mutual exchange of heavenly gingerlily bath products every Christmas.

I normally get a few books ,some smellies and some treats. However money is tight this year so will probably get nothing. What i really want though is an offer of a kidney as im about to start transplant testing.

You obviously haven't received some of the things I have. Smile
