What are you asking santa for this year?

My partner is asking me for ideas as we have a budget for each other.

All I've come up with so far is

• book: the dark lords guide to honeymooning *dvd of frankenstein (guillermo del toro one)

Decent amount left over budget wise for more ideas but if I leave him to his own devices dh picks terrible gifts lol 😆 (i'm talking onesie 3 sizes too small etc)

It got me wondering what everyone is asking for for Xmas this year either from family, partners or to treat yourselves?

I've already bought myself a Christmas treat!

I'd always wanted a red wool coat.

Lego have some really really lovely sets in. Not overly expensive and good fun to build. I started off with the botanical range but they release new sets regularly.
I love the oriental and botanical ranges ❤️

We just do a stocking for each other. No main gift but I’ll ask my DH for things like candles, shower gel, nail varnish maybe as I’ve started painting my toe nails, nice snacks like nuts, body spray etc.

You'll definitely like the LEGO Chinese Temple Fair! ⛩️

Hmmmm I have made a list for everyone else I think probably a st eval candle a nice book, maybe a jazzy hair clip or some Oliver bonus earrings.
But I don't need anything and I'm pregnant so no point buying clothes ....maybe a magic wand to make me less tired 🤣

I think I'm going to ask for an emerald green lady Dior bag. I usually go for neutral colours for my bags so they match a lot of outfits but I really want something that feels super special when I use it.

DH and I alternate between "extravagant surprise" years and "expensive everyday things we need new versions of" years. This year is the latter so I think he's getting me a new bottle of Chanel Coco Mademoiselle perfume and replacing my Fairfax and Favour knee high boots which have served me well for about 5 years but are about to give up the ghost.

Last year it was an antique map he found in Portobello road market and had framed.

I think I'm getting him a new coffee machine because our old one was a wedding present 13 years ago and is on it's last legs.

Yes it's definitely a pricey set! Maybe an Elf will bring one! 🤞

We have birthdays in September (mine and daughters), step FILs in November, my grans 3 days after Christmas and in Jan and Feb also (son, husband and FIL) so we tend to do Christmas a lightly as possible for each other and spread things out, so although I would absolutely love a new house unfortunately that’s over Santa’s budget this year 😅 we have also gone for Lego sets, I’ve asked for the large Winnie the Pooh one, and he’s asked for whichever one I think he’ll like best 😂 then we usually get little sentimental things for eachother from the kids!

Ooh that reminds me I also want the Shrek lego, it's so cute!
