Vegetarian Christmas dinner?

I'd be really grateful if the vegetarians here could tell me what they're cooking and eating on Christmas day or Boxing Day please, with links to recipes if at all possible.

We're normally a meat-eating family but my son has become vegetarian at university and I'd like to do meat-free meals while he's home, especially on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

@Ohpleeeease i swear I have bought every brand of oven chip, the ones I was buying were McCain home crinkles but they still aren’t as good as the Aldi skin on fries and they cook so quickly and they smell a little like the chippy when they’re cooking which is always a good sign, to me some oven chips smelled ‘fishy’ and had a weird taste. I will always be thankful to the poster that reccomended them 👍

I tried the carrot and parsnip recipe today on this youtube
and I can confirm it was absolutely delicious !!
