Magnetic phone charger - the ones I bought came with 3 different ends, including one suitable for iPhones.

Just checked. Asda have some lovely fleece throws £4.50 - £5.50. Not huge but nice enough to cuddle into on a slightly chilly evening.

These are some fantastic ideas and I hope the ideas will be helpful to other people also.

I know £5 isn't huge and the idea was the thought gone into it to make it a nice gift. I know we have a few gardeners in our group so I'm going to buy a seed bomb - so thank you for all the ideas much appreciated

Boots have loads of nicely packaged Xmas gifts in that budget currently.

Stationery. Boring but useful! I'd be very happy with a notebook as my secret Santa, and even if someone doesn't love it they can use or regift

I personally wouldn’t go for a book. I read a lot and people sometimes buy me books that I would never read. As if because I read I would read any old thing.

Have a look on Etsy - I bought a nice canvas tote bag from there for under a fiver.

Fiver in an envelope would be my favourite. (But I hate most gifts/gifting and Secret santa especially)

I'd do a pot plant or a nice hyacinth/paperwhite bulb potted up in time to flower at Christmas.

Cheating a little here as it’s a 6 pack for £10 but you could gift the others-

I would give 2 hand warmers (£3.33) plus a pair of gloves from Asda £1.50 or a box of chocolate biscuits for the £1.70… these hand warmers can be used again and again- they’re fab!!!

The seed bomb is a nice idea, and I love the egg cup! I’d been going to suggest a mug, but that’s much better
