Just got my email from Ocado - Christmas slots open next week!

Is it always as early as this? Admittedly, I am planning to make the Christmas cake and mincemeat over the weekend.

I got my email today to choose my slot tomorrow

I haven’t had an email but I had open slots today.

Checked my emails and I did have a code. I’m not sure if the email was deleted or went to junk but searching it was there. Happy days.

Still no email about slots! Quite annoyed - I have spent over £2,000 with them year to date which I know doesn’t make me a big customer; but when they seem to be reaching customers who have barely ordered from them now…

Only recently started using Ocado so not sure how the Christmas slots works. I have a 6 months anytime pass on my account .

I received an email yesterday (26th) saying I could book my slot tomorrow (27th). Stayed up till midnight to get a slot and none available and still showing none available.

I'm in the north east. Do they really go that quickly at midnight?

Had ours yesterday and the only slot available was 8pm on the 22nd so taken that.

I'm waiting for the M&S advent on the app to start and hoping for the meat discount again as last year, we ended up with a pork joint for £2 instead of £10 and it was really lovely!

Anyone got their Christmas delivery voucher yet? Booked our slot but no voucher!

I didn't get a voucher as my a smart pass is a free trial so slot was £9.99, I cancelled it and booked Waitrose instead. I think the voucher appeared on the first email announcing the slots before the actual invite went out so carefully check all the emails you have received regarding this.

No voucher here either

@GlassesGal2024 Mine was in the original email - the one that said slots were coming the next day.

I never actually got an email to tell me thst the slots were going to be available and I've not had an email with my free delivery code yet either 😕

If you log in, click the star next to book a delivery and it should tell you the Christmas slots that are open

This might be the voucher thing that people are getting confused by

@JewelleryCat Sorry, I should have said thst I never received the email but I was able to book my slot anyway when a friend told me she had received her email. But without the email, I didn't get the free delivery code. I think I remember getting a separate email in November last year.

I’m only on a midweek pass so I got no free delivery code anyway but at least you’ve booked your slot @Growlybear83 🙂

I’m not sure, have you got a star next to where it says book a delivery? If so, those are the Christmas slots
