What weird concoctions are you having for breakfast today?

I just had a piece of toast and butter (the usual) with turkey and stuffing on top and potato salad and lettuce on the side. May as well finish off the last two profiteroles as well!

Had a turkey and mayo sandwich, packet of crisps, two roast potatoes with homemade coleslaw and a Ferrero rocher.

Not a concoction but I'll have what I had yesterday, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. But no Buck's Fizz today!

A few bits of turkey, followed by a big piece of Yule log, most of which wasn't eaten yesterday and needs finishing today.

The table currently contains crisps, mince pies and cake. But in all honesty I'll probably make some scrabbled egg shortly to have with some avocado and smoked salmon

Had toast with the divine gingerbread peanut butter I got in my stocking. Also got some cinnamon and raisin peanut butter which is equally delish.
Might have had a chunk of stuffing and a slice of turkey too!

I had a veggie n noodle stir fry 😁 It was out of date today, so I thought I'd better use it up.

Pan fried (in butter) egg mayo sandwiches. Don't knock it till you've tried it.

We’re about to stop for a Greggs at the services. Christmas mark 2 happening at my parents’ today (having had the first one at my in-laws yesterday) so need to get my strength up for doing it all again! And surviving the final hour of a 2.5hr journey with two toddlers…

I cant face breakfast but intend on making pasties with the leftovers when i can be arsed to go downstairs...

A Nigella Christmas Muffin, they’ve been left out overnight so it was a little stale.

Off out in a bit to walk the dog and pick up some tiger bread for turkey, ham, cranberry and Brie toasted sandwiches.

Shortbread, ham, pringles and Ferrero rocher.

Really looking forward to today's dinner of turkey and ham Vol au vents.

Mince pies. They need finishing. I stared at the turkey and left over pigs in blankets, but figured it will be lunch time in a couple of hours. Dcs are at their dad's today, so I'm just going to eat straight from the fridge.

DS11 just had leftover cheesy leeks on sourdough for breakfast. After over indulging I was on a green smoothie, especially as we have lunch at a relatives today. Planning on making roasted veg with leftover pigs in blankets pasta for dinner.

Not weird but a change from yoghurt & fruit, I had two fried eggs and a thick slice of ham

Lunch will involve turkey or nut roast

Trifle. It’s the law on Boxing Day.

This started as a joke because there was so much left over and needed to be eaten...but today DH and I had trifle for breakfast!

Chocolates with tea. It's not weird as such, but it's not really food either.

I just had a few handfuls of cheese cheeselets, a gingerbread thin (thankyou dm!) and a cuppa. DC had a ham and mayo sandwich with pepper.
Don't have any leftovers here because I cheated and did Christmas elsewhere so no cooking! Off to a relatives today
