I usually like to include at least one toy or silly game and they always go down well but have run out of ideas thus year

in past have included Marvin’s magic glowing thumbs, shapeshifters, magic snake, wall climbers etc

Go old school. Slinkies, drinking bird, gliders, Jacob's ladder etc.

And have also done fidget spinner and rubix cube too

Silly putty, mini Lego set, Tamagotchi?

Have done some of these but will look at tamagotchie

Random Muppet Lego figures were a big hit with ours especially the year they both had Janice. They thought it was hilarious.

Crocs headlights are our funny gift this year, but they were much cheaper when we bought in November.

Mine are all getting "Nice Cubes" and one of them is also getting a "gum drop" from the same brand. I got myself a gum drop as well and have been secretly using it when the kids are not around.
