I've finally caved and bought two cheap Oodies for £25.58 delivered with the SAVENOW code. One is going to my mum who lives alone and so doesn't like heating the house just for her (if it doesn't smell!) One is going to my DH to wrap up for me 😂

@Blessedbethefruitz you can get cooling towels. Like a small teatowel, wet it wring it and put around the neck, works wonders. I found them on amazon. Will have a look if can find similar. Hormonal lady with MS here who knows what a tropical moment feels like🤣

Next and John Lewis have pure silk pillowcases at around £25-45.
John Lewis also sell sell silk PJs but not sure what styles and they are £100+
Victorias secret might sell silk ones. Places like Agent Provocoteur definitely do but you are looking at £300+ from there
100% decent silk PJs aren’t cheap
Might be worth looking at somewhere like Harrods or Selfridges online just to give you an idea of brands
And then hunt for a bargain

@Christmasmcchristmasface m and s do lovely silk pillowcases in a variety of colours. They often sell out. Was well, I've had two for a couple of years

@Blessedbethefruitz i don’t know about menopausal but I always end up cold on long/overnight flights and like having something cosy like a soft scarf I can open out and wrap around my shoulders. Plus hand sanitiser and wipes, horrible when you have a mission just to go wash your hands plus you can use the wipes to freshen up if you do get hot etc.

I have one of these- they ate brilliant. Unfortunately, DP has stolen it for in his mountain biking bag - apparently excellent for when you're boiling going up a mountain! So any sports lovers- great stocking filler.

Just got a bargain on Boots (I assume the same deal is on the UK site), there's €5 of points if you buy 2 star gifts and these Umbro sets are in the star gifts for €3.50 each. So they were basically €1 each instead of €7 each

On mine it's only certain star gifts, the cheapest being £14.50.

The Umbro ones are in the 3 for 2 offer.

I’ve just had delivered the unicorn and the Winnie the Pooh ones and I can confirm mine were Oodies. Lovely condition - they didn’t smell like some had noticed. I’m really pleased with them (although gutted I ordered before the 20% code!!)

Couldn't see it on the UK oodie website, so dismissed it initially when I was looking yesterday, didn't think of the Australian one! Fingers crossed it's an oodie but for £15.99 I'm not too worried (they had automatically added a 20% discount).

@Christmasmcchristmasface Blissy do beautiful silk pillow cases, they last and wash really well and have Black Friday deals every year but postage can take a while as coming from the US. Don’t bother with Jasmin silk, they are much much thinner and don’t last the same nor feel as luxurious. Look at the outnet for silk pjs, Olivia von Halle often has old stock on there - I’m assuming you’re spending a fair whack as DN must know these are expensive. Intimissi also do silk PJs but I can’t vouch for them. Agent Provovateur have a huge outlet section with up to 70% off at the moment, you might get lucky there.
