Hi accesorize has 22% off everything . Some nice stocking fillers or secret Santa.

Also have a request for help. We normally have a real tree but have moved house and have a lovely front window perfect for an Xmas tree but there is a radiator there .
So I'm looking for a lovely bargainous fake tree to go there ! Of course I would love a beautiful pre lit balsam hill but budget can't stretch. If anyone spots any please share .

Thanks

Have you tried White Stores for a tree - they have a sale on atm.

Pigeonnoir · 11/11/2023 19:20

@Someaddedsugar I have actually seen one ..... have you had one from there are they nice ?

Someaddedsugar · 11/11/2023 19:38

Highly rate this company for marshmallow toasting kits - toast-d.co.uk

Someaddedsugar · 11/11/2023 19:40

@Pigeonnoir I've just had the Englemann (I think that's what it was!) tree delivered and put it up just to check it and it's beautiful. Very realistic too - obviously not as quirky as a real tree with the angles etc but the branches are the super real kind rather than the tinsel kind of that makes sense?

Pigeonnoir · 11/11/2023 19:44

@Someaddedsugar yes it does Thankyou! Appreciate a recommendation there are so many to choose from .

Jelly cats … I def read a post about somewhere with a discount code?! I cannot find it now .. can anyone help please?!!?

Worth looking on Vinted. I buy loads from there, mostly all new with tags. Often, even with postage and fees, they are cheaper than what I would pay from an online company.

Looking for a gift for a man that I have never met. It's for my mother in law's new partner. I'd like to get something that looks expensive but doesn't break the bank.

Can any suggestion something that would be a nice gift

I think this is the sort of instance where you ask MIL what he drinks, then get something on offer. If you know nothing about them, you could be buying something totally useless to them.

Kind patches have 50% off all patches and free shipping on 4 or more packs. I've ordered sleep ones for my mum as she struggles with sleep and recovery (hangover) ones for my niece in uni. I've tried both of those and the lip ones before and they are really good! Kind patches

@mummyof2boys30 I don’t think you can beat proviz for reflective running gear.

Thanks, went to order a reflective vest, £90 later lol. They had a great sale on

Oh I’ve never heard of these before, thanks for this I think they’ll make nice little stocking fillers

Delahot · 11/11/2023 21:00

Sorry to ask but what was the fake football shirt website, I thought I’d saved it. I’ve ordered twice before from them and was very happy but have totally forgotten the name (menopause brain)

pasinphoebe · 11/11/2023 21:05

was it footballsbest4you @Delahot ? There have been a few on here.

Anewuser · 11/11/2023 21:09

Kind patches look great. Code WEAREKIND gave me 10% discount as well.

Elodie09 · 11/11/2023 21:10

Best runner's socks , ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Double wall was mentioned ?
Thank you .

Delahot · 11/11/2023 21:15

@pasinphoebe yes!! That’s it thank you xx

PopcornAndGummyBears · 11/11/2023 21:21

@Elodie09 Hilly Twin Skins are what you want. They also do a Mono skin which I love for every day wear (I do tend to live in activewear) and for short runs, but twin skins for longer distances.

MerylSqueak · 11/11/2023 21:36

Anyone with advice about merino baselayers? When I was asked Gordon one, I didn't quite realise how expensive they are....

Fabricwitch · 11/11/2023 21:46

@MerylSqueak I recommend smart wool and they have a sale on atm (though not many options in it). I ordered these for myself today. If you want cheaper options mountain warehouse are good.

Edit: I just checked mountain warehouse and they're not as cheap as I remembered. 😞

paintyhands · 11/11/2023 21:49

Has anyone seen any coffee machine bargains? Specifically the original Nespresso (or compatible) type.

Eaglefree · 11/11/2023 21:57

Not really Christmassy, but does anyone happen to have a wicks discount code? About to place a huge order !

Blessedbethefruitz · 11/11/2023 21:57

@beetr00 does the code stack with the stuff already on sale?!

What does a menopausal woman need for travelling long haul (Australia - she's a claustrophobic never flown before lady) in a Christmas gift set? Mum has asked for flight socks, and I thought her daily cleanse/tone in miniature so far. I'm a frequent flier so forget what other people might need... Not sure which airline yet so don't know if she needs a power bank or if they all have usb (the 2 airlines i usually fly with have usb as standard). Does she need a travel fan? I know she gets hot, would it help with anxiety?
