Has anyone stumbled across a bargain coffee grinder / have any recommendations please. Needs to have adjustable grind levels, although it's usually used for grinding beans for a v60 drip coffee. Thank you 🙏

Code SAVENOW gives 20% off goods from some sellers. I could only get it to work if I put £20 of goods in from the same seller.

For example: I put two hooded blankets in my basket from True Face, applied the code and the price went down to £25.58.

If these are ‘genuine Oodies’ that’s a fantastic price!

I have just ordered the Sloths one for DH, but I added a hat to bring the cost to over £20, thereby getting the hat for 35p with the discount. If it’s an actual Oodie, I will be thrilled.

I orders on 29 Oct and still nothing. I emailed yesterday and had a polite reply saying they’ve upgraded their system and there’s been delays with some orders. I was quoted 3-7 days and it’s about 2 weeks now so not great. Fingers crossed….

That was me. I spent a ruddy fortune last night 🙈 I bought some Santa Cruz stuff too - DS1 was in Santa Cruz in Summer, so it's very apt too.. There really are some great bargains on ASOS - worth trawling through, their filters are actually quite effective, though. I found everything cheaper than on the respective brand sites. I'm not used to using them, but they'll be my first post of call from now on for sure.

Secondary school teacher here. That's so lovely of you- we never get gifts! It's totally not necessary, though. A carefully chosen card is great- I keep mine for years.

If you really would like to buy something I'd avoid alcohol, it's really not encouraged these days. Some things that would be much appreciated: Chocolate/ sweets; coffee; nice notebook/ 'Things to Do Today book; book token; keyring or book mark relevant to subject; funny photo of the class/ your child in a frame (I love these & have kept some for 25 years).
