Re: Odeon limitless

Last couple of years they are reduced just before xmas. I paid just under £100 for mine last year.

Genius Star in the Argos 2 for £30 deal, I really love these games i play them by myself to keep my brain ticking

Strange offer that one. A lot of the items in the “2 for £30” deal are less than £15 each.

Yes- I posted this then looked to see if they had the other Happy Puzzle toys but didnt- I think actually getting this via their website might be a better option- I have a feeling they will have some discount codes via emails

But if you bought 2 as gifts I think it would be cost effective. Argos have always puzzled me to be honest with their 'deals'

@Puffalicious Lego do a New York postcard.

I had this for different items. It turned out that some of the 2 for £15 items were muddled in for some reason x

PopcornAndGummyBears · 10/11/2023 12:18

@Seasonofthewitches yes please! Details would be great - thank you!

Notlongnow1 · 10/11/2023 12:21

@Puffalicious just 15? I've got 21 on the way!
Incidentally, I was gifted one last year and it's one of my favourite tea towels. Must be getting old to have such a thing 🤣

dancemom · 10/11/2023 12:22

I have another request 🙈

Looking for a large friendship bracelet kit (yes for the Eras tour) but it has 2 specifics... it needs to be glass beads, not the flat clay beads and the coloured beads need to be the same size as the letter beads 🙄

Has anyone purchased a good set lately?

RainbowZebraWarrior · 10/11/2023 12:24

Where's the best place for bargainous ladies cosy pyjamas? My mother wears ones that are like a light fleece / velour. I snuck a peek at the label and they were Carol Hochman which are quite expensive and I hate paying p&p I was hoping for a Tu 25% off or some such, but nope. Any ideas? (Twenty quid ish)

WimbyAce · 10/11/2023 12:32

Apparently Tu is meant to be 25% off again from Monday.

Babynumberthreeee · 10/11/2023 12:33

@RainbowZebraWarrior i get all my pjs from la redoute and really rate them, I'm just about to do a Massive replacement after 6 years wear of my previous ones so they last well

Darkbutstarrynight · 10/11/2023 12:42

Have you looked on Etsy? A lot of options there

Janetstreetwater · 10/11/2023 13:05

Just wondering if anyone knows if eBay offer more than 10% off for Black Friday? I am wanting to buy a refurbished oculus and they’re doing a 10% off code but not sure wether to wait longer so see if they offer more of a discount?

HELP!
I got DC one of these each last year and they were the unexpected Xmas hit - everyone playing for hours and hours: https://www.amazon.co.uk/TrueBalance-Compact-Balance-Discs-Multicoloured/dp/B088KV76GJ
Does anyone know something similar for this year?

How about this?

@psuedocream3 , it wasn’t me who replied about bubble tea. I just thanked you for the Boots code.
Hope you’ve managed to source some suitably, anyway.

firstlittleone · 10/11/2023 13:19

Perhaps period items are an unusual Christmas present, but Modibodi has an up to 50% off Black Friday offer. There are some pretty and lacy patterns included, plus leggings and swimwear. Postage is free.

I’ve tried several brands of period pants and these are definitely the ones I like best.

Their email said, “As one of our favourite customers, you get early access to huge discounts sitewide,” but I hope the link works for everyone.

@XmasShoppingsister I can't thank you enough for sharing this- I wasn't realising how expensive kids alexa's are!

I missed this deal previously so thanks- much appreciated.

PurpleSkittle · 10/11/2023 13:36

@Blessedbethefruitz if you can, get a bike with an aluminium frame as it's much lighter and easier for kids to cope with. Other posters have made some suggestions of brands with aluminium frames. Although it IS a high upfront cost, if you buy second hand you can basically sell them for pretty much the same price you bought them for so the sale of one pays for the next size up. We're onto our 4th bike and haven't paid out any more money since the first one we bought. Particularly if you have an accident prone child (DS has suspected dyspraxia/neuro diversity) getting a bike that's lighter and easier is likely to be a good call.

Also, see if you have a family/kids cycling project near you that helps children to learn to ride. The one near us worked some crazy magic with DS and had him cycling unaided in less than 5 mins after he'd struggled for years.

Annahh · 10/11/2023 13:37

@Member212711 thank you so much for sharing I haven't seen tampon gifts before and I want some personalised bits this year.
Thank you.
