What are you buying dh / dp?

I've bought dh some lovely & v well received presents over the past few years. Things like a decent telescope, pizza oven, coffee machine, musical instrument etc
This year we're going on a lovely trip between Christmas & new year so that's the main focus but I'd still love to get him something gorgeous just for him.
Any ideas? Budget up to £500

It was the Sage Bambino Plus (not pro)
I loved some of the sage bean to cup but we have limited counter space so went for the smaller neater one
