In message two are the links and info from last year - if anyone has anything they'd like me to amend or add, please do tag me and I'll update.

A reminder not to post affiliate links in the thread but that MN do change amazon links shared by posters into MN affiliate links.

Please do watch the thread rather than post to mark place to make it easier for everyone to keep up and find relevant info.

Another plea for a Boden code if anyone has decided not to use theirs?
My son has finally requested a new dressing gown for Xmas and as it's the last year he'll fit Boden I'd like to indulge him! Could you pm me please if you do have one as I keep missing them on here 🙈

For those who have an Aldi nearby, it looks like there are some lovely wooden toys coming out in store this week.

Does anybody know if Pandora will do another 3for2 before Christmas? My daughter has shown me a bracelet she wants and my other daughter a couple of charms, and they tell me after the offer has finished lol

sellote · 16/10/2023 07:17

I binned a boden code without thinking the other day (sorry!) as I was so disappointed it was £10 off a £50 spend. There used to be no minimum spend, then it went to £30, and now £50! There always used to be free delivery with no minimum spend too and now it’s £50. So I rarely shop with them now as it’s the little things like that that that make a difference to me. I used to spend a fortune with them too each year (spread out, not all in one go). Now I rarely even look at the site/ booklets.

Lots of bargains in the Sainsbury's toy sale if you have a store near you.

TheCrow · 16/10/2023 08:29

Ordered 2 hoodies and 4 tshirts for £32 from Hype with the 3 for 2 on sale and EXTRA20 code, thanks to whoever posted that. Ordered 2 sizes up for preteen DD as they're well known for running small.

I was the one who posted about games in Home Bargains but didn't get any myself, really wish I'd picked up Nice Buns now! A trip back might be needed, also to check for the 3 Halloween items I want for the 7th time 😂 their Halloween section has been very poor this year!

Badsisters · 16/10/2023 08:43

@Realfastfoodie wow thanks so much! I will definitely be on the look out for those. We got some wooden aldi toys about 6 years ago and they are still in beautiful condition! Meanwhile the big jigs toys chipped straight away! X

Favouritefruits · 16/10/2023 09:01

@IfyoushouldmeetaCrocodile I’ve got a £10 off a £50 spend at Boden if that’s any use to you?

17caterpillars1mouse · 16/10/2023 09:05

Boden code I won't use

Expires 20/10

I have a Lakeland heated throw and I love it. Warms up hot on the highest setting but not designed (or comfy) to sit under that heat for longer than an hour anyway. Lower heat settings for all night use. Was pricey but good value

LilLauraloo · 16/10/2023 09:14

George at Asda online have 25 percent off selected toys at checkout, there is a lot of Lego in it

BlackFlyChardonnay · 16/10/2023 09:24

If you have Vodafone rewards, there's a 25% off code for full price items at adidas.

IfyoushouldmeetaCrocodile · 16/10/2023 09:41

@Favouritefruits Yes please that would be perfect. Could you possibly pm it though as I will be in meetings most of the day and don't want to miss it. Thanks so much.

XiCi · 16/10/2023 09:43

Boden code if someone can use it

Favouritefruits · 16/10/2023 09:49

@IfyoushouldmeetaCrocodile PM’d you a Boden code

stupidtia · 16/10/2023 09:55

Don't know if anybody has mentioned it, as I haven't caught up on thread 5 yet, but had an email this morning about Smiggle Advent Calendars being £15. I'm sure somebody asked about them in a previous thread?

unicornwonders · 16/10/2023 09:58

has anyone got a student discount for UGG please:)

CanIPutTheTreeUpYet · 16/10/2023 10:04

Not sure if these codes are beneficial to anyone but I signed up to Boden to see what it was about. I won't be buying from there, it says the code has been applied but I removed the item from my basket so it should still be free to use? There's two codes on here, not sure if they can help anyone but I'll drop this here just incase.

I’ve PM’d you a 10% code that should hopefully work.

unicornwonders · 16/10/2023 10:21

@boobybum thank you so much

Hickry · 16/10/2023 10:42

Found these bits and bobs today in Poundland. The Crayola books £1 are lovely inside, about emotions and very cute illustrations on each page.

I bought a young child a phone jail last Christmas to use a jail for "bad guys" (toy figures) and he LOVED IT. It was declared the best present ever. 🤷🤣 £3 in Poundland.

I thought the little matchbox mouse was cute too for a £1 gift. Clearly a poor man's maileg mouse!

I resisted most things but did buy the Crayola books. 🙂

And I bought Nice Buns from Home bargains so thank you to the previous poster who recommended it. They had Obama llama too still in my local store but in not sure my kids are old enough for that one yet.

Blessedbethefruitz · 16/10/2023 10:47

@Hickry Those books look fab for ds, hopefully ours will have stock at the weekend!
