I don't think they have been mentioned already. These could be good stocking fillers in home bargins as bubble tea seems to be popular I just need the schools to go back so I can actually buy them 😂

Dd2 has expressed interest in a 3D pen for her birthday. She saw the 3Doodler one on smyths but wonder if they're a a better option?

Can I have ideas for a 9 year old girl? She wants cloth and a mannequin as she’s into designing dresses and making them. I know nothing about this skill!! What else could I get her?

An adult mannequin costs around £100 but I don't know about a kids one - presumably she wants to make dresses herself? Places like Minerva are quite good as a one stop shop for sewing things. Or there's hobbycraft but sometimes the quality can bit lacking - depends how serious she is!

How about sewing lessons either just for her or perhaps a project course for the 2 of you. You could do a one off saturday course to make a tote bag or similar. Assuming at 9 she still likes you and wants to do stuff with you though! :D

No idea what they are like but I spotted this make a light up hogwarts in Argos 2 for £20- it's priced at £20 on its own. There is a light up burrow too in the same deal for the same price so get both and 1 is basically free

@Moonandme123 my nearly 9yo loves the Harumika sets, have you tried those? I got her a few sets from Bargain Max and a nice case with lots of fabric scraps in last Christmas and they’re still played with frequently.

Thanks @Cuwins , for those that don’t have an Argos nearby. The Lego slushy van and the Lego Peter Pan have vouchers on with Amazon that takes them down to £10. Also useful if you only want one- I’ve ordered the slushy van for my present cupboard!

@lemonsmum i find with Home bargains you need to buy it asap because they change stock quickly and don't always restock the same items.

Those bubble tea bath bubbles have been in stock for over 6 months in mine… They also do a bath salts one which is still in mine as I got it 6 months ago for my daughter birthday and seen it in there still the other day😂.

Some things seem to become a permanent addition for ages and other stuff you have to nab straight away.

We have done the elf for years, he comes for the 12 days of Christmas before as its very busy at the north Pole (less for me to think of and do this way too!!)

Favourite ideas and often repeated, pants and socks all over the christmas tree. Writing silly messages on the mirror or photo frames. Posed with their dads or my favourite drinks/food wrappers (we then had to be very upset with the elf for eating them!).
