I think it's Mumsnet itself that changes the links to affiliate. It was talked about a bit upthread

Yeah I know Mumsnet do it but when clicking on that poster's links an affiliate badge came up specific to that poster on the actual link. It looks like it's gone now.

I don’t think the links were purposely affiliate- the poor poster had inadvertently left her private data showing so you could see her name and postcode and I think that’s why her name appears in the link - hence them being reported by some including myself to protect her identity

i think this poster has unfairly been pulled twice today for trying to enter into the spirit of the thread and share some bargains and maybe we should all just have a wee mulled wine and appreciate with Amazon the links are always going to be hinky

@BarbieWorldFantastic I would be giving it away to a raffle rather than drinking it, it’s only cheap not real wine in it, if it’s one of those supermarket bottles, it won’t do you any harm but don’t think the flavour will be at its best!
