I'm not sure when my husband and I will find watching Die Hard on Christmas Eve a chore but we've watched it every year since we got together and bloody love it.

Even have a handmade Christmas Tree decoration which is going strong 5 years or so later!

Anyone else watch it Christmas Eve every year?

Ahhh I have found my people. My Die Hard obsession is legendary among friends and family. Every December I get tagged in hundreds of memes. I have two decorations and a jumper, plus an advent calendar!

Funny enough we usually watch it a few days before Christmas, rather than on Christmas Eve.

Watching it now, in my mind it just isn’t a Xmas film though, I don’t understand how people think it is, but the OH insists it is and so it’s tradition to watch it around Xmas, Every.Year!!

Yes love Die Hard at Christmas. I was disappointed to read that it wasn't ever intended to be a Christmas film . . . lots of debate about that online, it was released in February which is pretty random for what is OBVIOUSLY a Christmas film 😂😅
