Lewiscapaldiscat · 19/11/2022 19:29

@PlainJaneSuperBrain99 can you upload a photo?

timtam23 · 19/11/2022 19:32

@Waystation I have usually bought kids' art supplies from The Works and they have been pretty good, also very good value for money. Or Hobbycraft.

STEMum · 19/11/2022 19:37

I just got 2 Sylvanian sets for my daughter for £24 (should have been £41) as they have money off Sylvanian families for Black Friday and also I googled 'My Amazon offers' and it gave me £7 off if I chose Amazon Pick up delivery. Result!

Waystation · 19/11/2022 19:45

@MultiTulip - thank you - the book is a great addition!

caz198917 · 19/11/2022 19:47

My little boy really wants the little pet Guinea pig toy! I'm loathed to pay £65 for something that will be more than likely a 5 minute wonder lol! Any one seen it cheaper? Thank you

Waystation · 19/11/2022 19:47

@Arewesureitisntbedtime - great idea thanks - a couple added to the basket!

Pachangas · 19/11/2022 19:48

I've just had this Christmas offer through from a kid's magazine that my daughter has a subscription to. It's really great, non-gendered, crafts/nature/activities. If you are looking for gifts that don't add more stuff/clutter and gives ideas for things to do with kids!

An annual subscription to Our Curious Panda makes a great Christmas present! Subscribe anytime in the month of November, and you will receive a free advent activity sheet. Keep children busy on the run up to Christmas with fun, daily, creative ideas.

So, if you, or anyone you know, wants to get their kids off screens, outside, and using their imagination, head to our website and take a look. www.ourcuriouspanda.com

Has anyone ever had the annoying thing with TopCashback where you try to log in, having been a member for a while, it doesn’t recognise your password so you make a new one, and repeat and repeat..? I have sent them an email but wondered if this sounded familiar to anyone else?

Not quite but for me, it auto loads a made up password. Despite me clicking to remember me, it only remembers my email, not my password so I need to delete the auto loaded one and then out my own one in.

tattlytote · 19/11/2022 20:07

Anyone have any knowledge as to whether the Trainline will be doing half price travel are again this year?

FfeminyddCymraeg · 19/11/2022 20:07

For anybody looking at an Oculus Meta Quest 2 then Currys have a bundle on for £349 with Resideng Evil 2 included. The headset alone is usually £399 so it’s worth buying even if the game is of no use. It comes with the beat sabre too.

www.currys.co.uk/products/meta-quest-2-vr-128-gb-gaming-headset-with-resident-evil-4-bundle-10245144.html

The 256gb is also on offer for £429 with the game instead of the usual £499 for just the headset.

Considering I’ve not seen any discounts to date, I’m pleased to get anything off at this point!

Blessedbethefruitz · 19/11/2022 17:09

@TheHauntedPencilCase I saw someone else posted that amazon said if there's anything labelled black friday deal (as the crane is) and it goes down cheaper on black friday, they'll automatically refund the difference. Mine arrived earlier haha

Spelt your name wrong sorry! Ah that's good. I'm going to order. Have been reluctant as it's only a side gift but I think that's a good price!

EachandEveryone · 19/11/2022 20:28

Can anyone remember where we bought that Xmas dinner kit last Black Friday? It was fantastic like a big Gousto box

TheCrow · 19/11/2022 20:30

@Waystation you can get Foam 'mosaic stickers' which is basically tons of little Squares, might be OK for Minecraft style pictures?

Poundland has this year's Guinness World records book for £10

Thank you, I tried it but it’s been used I think. Much appreciated anyway x

strawberriesplease · 19/11/2022 20:50

I got the mystery box from The Terrace. Awful. Not worth it at all. Really disappointed.

Can't be bothered contacting them but not good.

Itsfridaynightok · 19/11/2022 20:52

I also got the mystery box from terrace and it was a mug and coaster awful! Total waste of money

stressbucket1 · 19/11/2022 20:54

For any young artists the smART sketcher has 30% off on amazon at £44.66. Gets good reviews and the price is good. I've been keeping an eye on it for DD.
