Here's mine:

  1. Elf isn't that good. Engaging at the beginning, but once he's in the US it gets pretty boring

  2. Turkey has an awful after taste

I actually agree that many houses in the UK will smell of Christmas dinner on the day.
Large amounts of food cooked in smaller hot houses will tend to create lingering food smells.
Some houses will be large enough with separate kitchens so they don't, some will air the house enough that they don't, but many will.

Im not really sure when the smell of food you are cooking because you want to eat became 'smelly'... everything has a smell but it doesnt equal 'smelly'.

Most of us arent chowing down on surströmming, its carrots, parsnips and yorkies hardly oderous lol.

I don't mind the smell but roasted potatoes, fried sprouts and baked meats do all have reasonably strong odors. Cooked in larger volumes in smaller houses they do create a smell that would be identifiable when you walk into the house.
I'm rather surprised this is a controversial opinion.

The office party is one of the highlights of my year and a fucking massive flirtathon. I actually diet for it. And buy a maximum projection bra.

😂 🙌
