Hello - it's not particularly bargainous (although a huge saving...) But these Spacetalk smart phone kids watches are down to £99 from £159. It's worth reading up on them - basically, great for DCs who are too young to have a phone but you're ok with them being to send literally a few words in a text. And have a list of safe numbers they can call on the phone bit of the watch. (I don't feel I'm explaining this too well...) You can also track them through the app if you've allowed them to walk home from school, say.

To add, Argos have some great bits in the toy sale - some Kindi Kids and Barbie stuff and Duggee bits and bobs too, plus the obligatory Lego sets at 1/3 off.

My gruum gift arrived today. Unfortunately, there was a massive address label stuck across the whole box which you can't peel off. Any ideas of how to disguise this mess in order to be able to gift it?!

I’ve just opened mine up and it looks like this. They don’t come individually wrapped so opening it up and putting them all in a gift bag won’t work x

Thanks, @grinandvomit. Yeah, mine is the same as that inside. It's the outer that looks terrible on mine where the postage label has been and it isn't possible to peel off cleanly. Actually don't think I can gift it like this unless someone has a clever solution!

Seems to have worked on the browser but I can't see it in the app. Any way, yeah, normally I would be cheering for less packaging!

@blitzen would something like sticky back plastic cover up the box? I also ordered the Gruum set as a gift, mine hasn't arrived yet but I suspect it will be the same so I'll probably just try and cover the label over.

Would the gruum items wrap separately in tissue paper/ nice cellophane or greaseproof paper type stuff? In a little basket or bag with handwritten label to say what each thing is?

Re the grumm, I bet around Xmas there will be loads of wrapping/decorations that will cover the label area. Bit of a shame though.

I was thinking same as this! The Little Eco shop have everything come like this so I don't see why you couldn't have it all nice looking.

Amazon have the lego 11013 set down to £14. It's 500 pieces, lowest price I've seen it.

You could try using a hairdryer to soften the label and it might come off cleanly. Take the contents out of the box first!
