Can't stop buying!

I started buying early for the kids and I just haven't stopped.
I've gone from thinking DS didn't have enough to now thinking he probably has too much. I'm still waiting on 3 things to be delivered. I'm absolutely done now, no really, I am!

Anyone else?

The gifts we buy don’t end up in landfill after a year, I try and buy things we can hand down, we sell some old toys at boot sales and we also buy secondhand. Rarely do we send anything to landfill. Most of the toys I buy now are Lego, we have 15 years worth of Lego in the house 🤣, we keep it all and it still gets played with or displayed (bigger sets). Lego will never end up in landfill as it’s worth it’s weight in gold on eBay.

I'm really glad they've got lots of presents now, Christmas is going to be a bit shit so the kids might as well have some fun.

To be honest it's not ridiculous amounts...if this thread is anything to go by...and we can afford it, it just felt like I'd been buying for 3 months . At least now they'll have plenty to keep them occupied. Fortunately (unfortunately for others) we were hosting so we have plenty of food in. Just sad that we'll not see anyone else now.
