Thanks for all the suggestions! I went for a bakewell fizz, was a bit sweet and strange for me. It probably didn't help that the Prosecco I had on hand was a rather questionable bottle... I chucked some Cointreau in the next one which was okay.

I wish I had limoncello at home so I could try! Promised myself I wouldn't buy any more booze this year though, having overstocked for Xmas.. sounds amazing though!!
