My Christmas period starts now. What should I add to my Prosecco tonight?

Clementini. Freshly squeezed clementines, Cointreau, vodka, topped with Prosecco. They are delicious - possibly TOO easy to drink 😳

Crème de cassis
Sloe or damson gin
Elderflower cordial
Peach purée to make a bellini. I hope the pp was joking about putting peach schnapps in good champagne.

@CompetitiveMumming. I enjoy Red Wings myself, but full moon cup contents is a bit much. Make a Mimosa with orange juice. It’s more a brunch drink, but very tasty. Minority and pineapple juice is good with champagne, so will work with Prosecco.

Ohhh I’ve got some of the glittery gin & a bottle of Prosecco. I never thought to combine them. That sounds amazing

It's a lovely shade of green and is delicious

I'd suggest Creme de Cassis for a Kir Royale-ish

St Germain
Prosecco
Soda water
Mint.

I had an amazing cocktail the other week with prosecco, vodka, passion fruit, aperol and cloudy lemonade. I think that’s going to be my Christmas drink of choice this year

Aldi ice wine. Mixed with something fizzy it’s like a glass of winter.

Obviously you could buy different ice wine. But Aldi’s is much cheaper.

Lemonade and pink gin

Rhubarb gin is good too. Or mulled wine gin. Or Christmas pudding gin.

Cranberry juice, Cointreau, curl of orange peel > poinsettia (it's from Nigella's Christmas book).

Bakewell Fizz: 1/2 shot Amaretto, 1 shot chambord, fill to top with prosecco. Delicious but waaaaay too easy to drink

I mean it's called Poinsettia, I don't recommend putting an actual poinsettia in it, they're probably poisonous.

Gin and shot of lime or lemon juice. A French 75. Or 95. Named after a field gun I think.
