Hooray! One more to get. Very easy a quick trip to the high street. A couple on their way in the post.

Okay to be honest I only had to buy for DD(19), DH and a little gift for a friend. My elderly cat wants nothing except sleep. But I also have to juggle a chronic painful and exhausting condition too. So there are days it’s hard to remember my own date of birth.

I used to be very fussy about wrapping neatly (not that anyone cared). Now my hands have worsened it’s a case of as neat as feasible. But thankfully I am not going to attempt to wrap the dressing gown. It can stay in the M&S bag it arrived in. 😂

I'm almost done. I buy for 14 people plus nursery gifts but that includes the kids.

Still to get small thing to go in my neice's present. Still to buy something for another 2 x Neices. Still to buy some stocking fillers for nephews as they just get cash.

Still to buy bil all of his, as he's so difficult to buy for. Finally finished my dh I bought him a ridiculously expensive jumper as he always look later at them when we are out shopping but doesn't buy as too expensive.

Need to get some stuff for nursery teachers.

Maybe pick up a few stocking fillers for my kids if I'm out. Did quite well today getting a few things at the shops. Still waiting on some deliveries. I now need to start wrapping!

Me. I hadn't even started a couple of weeks back and then I sat in front of my laptop and bought everything at once. Its like I suddenly remembered Christmas is coming and had a mini panic 😂

I can't wait for Christmas morning to see their faces. Got my Ds an oculus quest 2 he's not expecting to get one as he knows they are expensive.

I love when I'm finished as can enjoy December and have money to do stuff with the kids.

Apart from DH and the Secret Satan (sic) for the coven, all are mail order, for the second year running, wrapped by the merchants, because not meeting up with DC and DGC, because Covid.
So, in one way, really easy and unstressed.
But more expensive to post, to have wrapped etc, and less choices for stuff going to the abroad ones.

I am really grateful to whoever posted the tip about the reduced star projector on Amazon, because I added that to both DC's packages as a whole family present, plus bought one myself. It is fabulous!

I have finished present shopping. I really, really have. Must stay off the Christmas offer threads, because it provokes more buying. I'm already putting stuff away for next year because I got carried away.

17 people for Christmas gifts and 5 birthdays, plus 3 stockings.
About 60% wrapped, including two boxes to be sent by courier, which is my next job.
3 cards posted so far.

DD has put the tree up, and DH is in charge of food (although he doesn't think of nice little bits, so I keep us supplied with mince pies etc). DS will be filling the crackers and decorating the other room. I've bought some nice individually wrapped chocolates to go in the crackers, and I need to get scratch cards. Oh, I guess I haven't quite finished shopping after all.

Kids are all done but barely started on adults. I have reserved Monday to finish off present shopping.
Nothing arkward to get so should finish on Monday, although I'm worried my daughter's phone won't arrive in time.
Probably next Saturday will be wrapping up day. At least that's the plan....
