@Froppysue the cinnamon bun squishmallow was a while back sorry, I sent one to @22Giraffes, you'll probably find one on eBay but it was about 3 weeks ago they were instore.

AndiMac · 25/11/2021 20:42

For air fryer/pressure cooker fans, the Instant Pot 11-in-1 cooker is down to £99! www.amazon.co.uk/Instant-Pot-Multicooker-Sous-vides-dehydrates/dp/B08VNPVFWW?tag=mumsnetforu03-21

Camel Camel Camel has the previous lowest price at £160, so it's really a bargain.

Froppysue · 25/11/2021 20:46

@Fuckingfuckssake thank you, aw you have to be quick with aldi eh! Can I check if it’s a 12” one? Found a couple on eBay about £25 thanks for that, just wanting to double check that’s the biggest they are first.

Justhereforthechristmasthreads · 25/11/2021 20:47

@Didyeaye sorry have been out all day but are you definitely sorted now for the two single bedding sets you were after?

I've got six days to collect them if still needed Xmas Smile

Someaddedsugar · 25/11/2021 20:51

I asked about Diptyque discounts on the last thread - Selfridges have 20% off at the moment and I've read online they might discount on their own website tomorrow. Appreciate they aren't cheap but the Christmas versions do make lovely gifts.

Someaddedsugar · 25/11/2021 20:51

Godiva Chocolates have 2 for 1 on their advent calendars

Reastie · 25/11/2021 20:51

Thanks @Froppysue , might do that

@Justhereforthechristmasthreads Hello! I got @Didyeaye's bedding today. She ordered it to my local store and I collected & will post on :)

DinosaurOfFire · 25/11/2021 20:59

@Delahot

Bit niche but any ideas where I can sponsor a black panther for a gift please? Or have any ideas related to black panthers for an enthusiast x
Ikea had some black panther toys in stock online the other day, www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/moderlig-soft-toy-panther-black-40506804/ and www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/mjukhet-soft-toy-baby-panther-black-50506808/ They're out of stock in a lot of places now though. You might have more luck searching black jaguar or black leopard for adoption as panthers are technically just a black version of large cats, I found the WWF have a black jaguar adoption kit gifts.worldwildlife.org/gift-center/gifts/species-adoptions/black-jaguar.aspx

@Iggi999

Hello, I think this is officially the latest I have ever started my Christmas shopping Blush - had a complete shock when I saw it was Black Friday tomorrow! Wanting an Occulus quest - can get it on Amazon today for 250 or wait till tomorrow? I think I will order it to be honest! Thank you for the threads Reastie and all the bargains you lovely shoppers Smile
Order it on a delayed delivery (Amazon Day for a Thursday) to ensure dispatch won't be for a while. Then you can cancel and reorder tomorrow if it comes cheaper 💰
DinosaurOfFire · 25/11/2021 21:01

@MeredithGreyishblue

Ideas for a frail 95 year old lady with no hobbies? Around £140. Likes tech (!). Has a smartphone, tablet & laptop already. Doesn't craft or puzzle. I'm stumped. Confused
How much does she like her tech- would she get enjoyment from accessories for her laptop (maybe a mouse, decent mousemat, wireless bluetooth headphones that are compatible with all 3 devices?). What does she like to do with the tech- maybe some digital books to read on the free kindle app, a stylus for the tablet, a new case?
LostMyRubySlippers · 25/11/2021 21:04

@Delahot
You can adopt a black Jaguar at Chester zoo

@sorryiasked that's a great suggestion! I'll have a look.

SlurpleThePurple · 25/11/2021 21:13

@IDontDrinkTea

Does anyone with an Ooni have recommendations for a turning peel? I know Ooni themselves have 20% off but it still leaves it at more than I’d like to pay….
My DH is a pizza chef and has an Ooni one and a GI metal which is much more expensive. He says the Ooni is the best cheaper option for a turning peel. Any others in that price bracket are rubbish unfortunately!

@smileatthesmallthings

Brilliant! Glad it is all sorted

This thread is lovely

Fuckingfuckssake · 25/11/2021 21:15

@Froppysue that's the fella, £7.99 originally though.

Thisisbatshit · 25/11/2021 21:20

@idontdrinktea we use a wooden pizza peel to launch the pizza into the other and a metal one to pull it out. To turn it we chest and use a spinning fork which I think required less skill as you don't risk pushing the pizza into the flame. You can also use it to pull the pizza onto the peel when it is ready. Ours was a pack of two ans says no longer available but there is a single one here...

pizza spinner so you can see the kind of thing I mean.

I agree, it’s a lovely thread! I’ve followed it for years and all my friends think I’m some sort of bargain ninja!
Thanks again to you both for your efforts and to the others that offered!

liveeverysecond · 25/11/2021 21:34

Looking for weighted blanket recommendations please? TIA

thaegumathteth · 25/11/2021 21:41

Thanks @GingerFoxInAT0phat !!

Does anyone else find it annoying you only get notifications If someone tags you rather than quotes you?

CheesyChipsOnWembleyWay · 25/11/2021 21:41

Thank you for the argos Lego heads up (I can't remember who it was yesterday sorry) got the millennium falcon for £80 instead of £150 - eldest will be delighted as we had a discussion earlier this year that it was too expensive. Can't wait to see his face

CamdenLurker · 25/11/2021 21:44

[quote OliverBabish]For anyone looking for a lava lamp, this one is down to £4.50 on Argos (it’s pink)

MammaGnomes · 25/11/2021 21:45

Pandora have 20% off all jewellery. Don't forget to go through Quidco too

Christmasbargainhunter · 25/11/2021 21:45

@Iggi999
Just an idea if you want.
If you qualify, you can apply for an Amazon MasterCard. It gives you instant spend up to £500, which in turn gives you £40 off your first spend. Use this to buy the Oculus Quest 2 making it £259 and you get the £50 credit to your account on top and f the £40 discount. If you still have items to buy you're effectively saving £90. This is what I did and I'll pay off the balance when the set arrives.
