Thanks @squishmycherry for the title. A massage gin sounds interesting !

If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

@StateOfTheUterus their own website has 30% off today, Amazon have some great deals as do Argos so worth comparing across sites

RJnomore1 · 25/11/2021 12:58

Just had an odd email from Celtic and co. Apparently both I and another Customer tried to buy the last Shetland wool gloves at the same moment, theirs went through and mine didn’t?

Flambola · 25/11/2021 12:58

Just wanted to pop on and say thanks for the Argos tip - bought some presents to go in my party stash - 6 for £6 each, not bad! The little tie dye set in the 2 for £15 promotion is really good, by the way. I’ve bought those before for 6 year olds and they’ve gone down a treat.

FilthyforFirth · 25/11/2021 13:00

Both my 1 and 4 year old have been ill with nasty colds so I have missed a lot, 3 threads to be precise...

I am after the Winnie the Pooh lego but it seems to be out of stock everywhere, or still full price on Amazon Sad

If anyone comes across it I would be ever so grateful if you could @ me and let me know! Any money off appreciated!

@tempidentity

I need some present suggestions I have name changed for this one so as not to out myself. My adult child has recently told me he is transgender and transitioning to female. This is early days as hormones are just beginning to change her shape so not quite ready for a whole new wardrobe Not a "girly" person as yet and very practical minded /techy. has always been difficult to buy for. The wider family don't yet know. What can I get her for Christmas?
What about a self confidence/self esteem journal. It would be a reminder of a brave journey she is going through if she encountered some rough days. And/ or a posh diary type journal that she could log her journey in.

A voucher to have her nails done at a salon or even just a manicure (could do it together as a joint day out)
Luxurious glamorous hat and glove set
Face masks
A personalised mug/glass etc with her chosen name on

Jacopone · 25/11/2021 13:04

Up to 60% off Joules. Most items are only 20% off but lots of nice things, including some very pretty non standard glassware (someone was after gin glasses).
I am having a rough day either, just received an email informing me that my (huge) Ocado delivery is going to be delayed by “1-2-3 hours” (charming) and , what’s more worrying - they “will perfectly understand and comply if I wished to cancel my order now.” Never had such communication from them before and can already sense half of it will be missing😡 (fridge empty so what shall we eat til 6-7-8-9-who knows what pm?)
So, as my orders keep being oos (UO) or canceled ( Esprit, World of Books) or lost (Boots) it looks I still have presents to buy.
I am struggling to think of a suitable present for DD’s music teacher who is moving so it’s got to be also a parting, not only Xmas gift. She is probably in early 30. nice but not much else to go on. What would be a nice, elegant but safe present?

SapereAude · 25/11/2021 13:08

@MyPatronusIsAPenguin

I don't know if this is just a coincidence but I added the two crappy M&S offers to my card rather than leaving them sitting there and now I've got a single use 25% off clothing offer
It does seem that if you use one offer they send another. My weird glitch 20% has been despatched, and I've received the 15% single use one too. Just think what we'd all get if we went to see Gareh!
Yeknom · 25/11/2021 13:10

Is it wrong to share that I've not got Gary Barlow but a lovely offer of a free fleecy Percy pig blanket on my sparks??! What's the likelihood they're not in any stores 😂

PinkDaydreams · 25/11/2021 13:11
@stateoftheuterus the playmobil online shop has 30% off at the mo
Typical, the one item I want isn't included in the offer 🙄

WeeFae · 25/11/2021 13:12

Someone was looking for an air fryer? This Breville Halo one is half price at £55

Tubs of roses/quality street etc are 2 for £6 in Asda

WeAreTheWeirdosMister · 25/11/2021 13:20

Sweaty Betty dropped the discount code 'CHEERS' for VIP access to the Black Friday sale.

Twilightstarbright · 25/11/2021 13:20

Thanks for the M&S tip, I had 15% off on clothing. Used it to buy myself a new sports bra.

QuiltedBear · 25/11/2021 13:22

@mummymummymummummum I’ll let you know, but no idea when I’ll receive it yet, let alone get to play with it before Christmas. If you’re planning ahead for February though then I guess there’s no rush. Best deal seems to be using a 10% off referral code - plenty of those on Mumsnet.

TinyBarista · 25/11/2021 13:28

Don't think this has been mentioned yet but Tesco have a Yankee Candle boxed set, in store only, club card price is £25.

Contains one large, two medium, two small jar candles and a box of tea lights - all festive scents.

Managed to pick one up this morning, chuffed!!

Cutestbaby · 25/11/2021 13:32

Does anyone know of any offers on a xbox wireless controller with wireless adapter for windows? Price has shot up on amazon over the last few days Hmm .. and not on offer anywhere else I have looked..

ClaraLane · 25/11/2021 13:40
@ClaraLane What is the Yoto Beta group?

Off to check WHSmith now!
If you join the Yoto Facebook group you should be able to find a link in there for the Beta group. It’s really helpful for MYO content.

MammaGnomes · 25/11/2021 13:41

Amazon Black Friday deals seem better today than they have this week.

I've just bagged some Lego, barbie, play dough and Red letter day experience gifts

MammaGnomes · 25/11/2021 13:41

Oh and some really good gin deals

ClaraLane · 25/11/2021 13:41

@Billyandemily

I'm looking for a yoto mini if anyone knows any discounts thankyou
I’ve got a referral code for Yoto - will post in the referral thread.
22Giraffes · 25/11/2021 13:44

@twilightstarbright omg yes it's heaving here! Some nice bits but I think I want to go home soon and back to the comfort of this thread Xmas Smile
@froppysue yes there is a cinnamon bun one! It was in Aldi, a lovely poster on here sent me one when I couldn't find one!

Summertime10 · 25/11/2021 13:50

@pigeonorstatue

I’ve decided to take the plunge on an Apple Watch series 7 for DH - he tells me there is something they can do about tracking his golf shots and I’ve run out of other golf-related ideas! Can anyone of you clever bargain hunters help me with the best deal, please? I haven’t been tracking the ‘normal’ price so don’t know what’s a deal and what isn’t! Also don’t know if Apple do Black Friday themselves?! Thank you!
Very had an apple offer going for some products.
Changemusthappen · 25/11/2021 13:51

@YouHaveNoAuthorityHereJackie - have a look at MSE for iphone deals. O2 are doing a 64gb iphone 12 with 100gb data for £30 a month. Its cheaper than buying the phone I think.

OhRex · 25/11/2021 13:58

Has anyone ordered bubble tea bits to make at home and have a recommendation???
